Collaborative Environment with Exceptional Learning Opportunities

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Accenture offers a rewarding work environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation. The company provides numerous opportunities for growth through training, certification programs, and challenging projects across diverse industries. Working with a global network of teams enriched my perspective and broadened my connections. Competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and flexible working arrangements support a positive work-life balance. However, project timelines can sometimes be demanding, leading to long hours, and navigating internal processes can be slow due to bureaucratic challenges. Despite this, Accenture remains an exceptional choice for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoy solving complex business problems. The company's strong commitment to employee development and innovative solutions makes it a great place for ambitious individuals. Overall, my experience at Accenture was highly positive, and I felt valued as an employee due to their supportive work culture and focus on continuous learning.

Good

Great company to work. But salary is little bit on the lowe side but the work life balance mostly depends on which poject you are into and the manger you got.

Great place to launch career

Started here out of school. Solid training, networking and opportunity. Would recommend to anyone seeking a long term career or foundational skills.

Review

Accenture is a very good company to work for due to its culture and work life balance. They prioritize continuous learning alongside work where employees would be asked to take up official certifications as part of the skill upgrade program.

Great place to work

Great place to work and opportunity to travel to client sites. There may be long work hours depending on the role requiring engagements with offshore team. Enforces process improvements as part of company culture.

Great work culture, good people, but some office politics

Great place to start your career and develop skills. Career advancement largely depends on who you know and whether you can network accordingly. Excellent work culture, great people overall, and cool office spaces.

Workplace filled with interesting and talented people but a bit toxic

A great place to network and very competitive salary/benefits but chargeability is king. There is not really a system in place to support experienced hires. You will have to fend for yourself and make an impression quickly!

Good experience, don't expect your supervisor to help the team move forward by giving a reference or advice. The selection process is a mystery. .

What is the best part of working at the company?Good projects and tools to get things done. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Didn't feel stressed during my time completing my project there. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Worked remotely. My supervisor wasn't interested much in helping us move forward. His only interest was to get the project done and move on himself. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Sign in, check email, maybe a 15-minute team meeting where marching orders were assigned. Worked on project/assigned tasks undependably unless the need for teamwork arose. Utilized email and Teams to communicate throughout the day.

Coin Flip

If you have been assigned to a good project, then you're lucky! But if you've gotten a bad one, be prepared as there will be a lot of unpaid overtime and stress.

Low salary,good HMO benefits

There's no problem with team members and leads.Early OT during peak season.Yes,we're paid but it's not healthy anymore if you will render 3hrs OT before your shift everyday.Low salary, but with good HMO benefits(just to compensate your daily long hours of work).Just thankful with friends there, you will still enjoy working here.

gud

Good humans and projects. Very peaceful but low salary that is the only thing I face issue with other than that everything is gud. Bonus is also good

Fun place

I recently had the opportunity to work at a company that truly values innovation and creating a fun place to work. The atmosphere was lively and the management encouraged new ideas and concepts. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a dynamic and inspiring work environment.

Great Team

Being an HR Business Partner at Accenture has mostly been awesome. The team vibe here is top-notch—everyone’s really supportive and it feels like we're all in it together. Plus, Accenture hooks us up with the latest tools and training, which definitely makes our jobs a bit easier. But, not everything’s perfect. With such a big team spread all over, things can get a bit slow sometimes. There's a lot of red tape that can drag out decisions and actions, which can be pretty frustrating when you want to get stuff done

Going in the wrong direction

What once felt like an energetic and progressive company now feels like a shell of its former self run by leaders who say one thing and do another. We are more scared of the stock market than we are bothered by taking care of our people (our only asset) and throttled by decision making sitting with a tiny number of people.

Positive Workplace

I really enjoyed working here! All my supervisors were very understanding and willing to work with me when I needed help or I messed something up. I wouldn't have left if I hadn't had to move cities.

Great company, says what it means and means what it says!

Great to work for a company that does not BS its people. Good pay and great benefits. Really amazing for such a large company. PTO accrues with every pay check and it is easy to take, as long as your commitments with the client are met. The company focus is on work/life balance, and they mean it.

Toxic Management

They just put you in random bootcamp then deploy you in a project where the bootcamp has no relevance to the real work you are going to do,then ruined by toxic team leads and seniors.

Pros

Hmo

Cons

No overtime pay for ASE role, really toxic environment
