- J. C.United States53 contributionsI parked for free in the small parking by the front main entrance. I walked with my family to all exterior exhibits and took many pictures. We went inside the center and requested to visit the gift shop alone. Anyone is allowed to do this, you get almost an hour to see and purchase many great things at this store. We saved $130+ in tickets by doing this. We went on the Solar Eclipse week so we got to take special exterior pictures too. There was a wide variety of art to view from old to neat to quite interesting and I even got to see a Picasso (which surprised me)! We sat once on the first base line, low down and one in the mid-section of left field. I preferred the higher seats.as you could see more. We had nachos and hot dogs, all good. The only downside is that the wine was TERRIBLE. We went two nights, and had a glass each, both equally bad.

This museum is full of hands on activities that are educational and entertaining. We spent over 4 hours there, and I'm sure the kids would have loved to spend even more time.
The parking garage is across the street, but there are also street parking nearby. Most of the street parking I saw were 2 hrs max though, except for Sunday.
Invention Convention has a bunch of fun STEM activities that allows the kids to build all sorts of contraptions. And my other son loved the grocery store and diner in the Kidtropolis.
This was a great destination for us to spend a fun filled afternoon. However, this dress comes in different sizes, including petite, which was a game-changer for me. The dress hugs my body in all the right places without being too tight or uncomfortable. - Bruce P16 contributionsFantastic niche museum! My wife and I spent more than 2 hours to do everything, including their quiz. Very informative and a huge collection of hearses and artifacts. Admission was very reasonable for what you got. It is self guided however there was also a tour guide who walked through and told the history as well. He was very interesting. If you have a lot of time and plan to visit more than one, you can park your car and walk among them.
