This hotel was okay. The service was good, and so were the amenities. There are a lot of hotels in the area and it pays to look around. Kudos to the housekeeping team in the upkeep as it is a little tired.

We had a fantastic stay in the Landmark Suite. The views were wonderful, and the terrace was perfect. Beyond the room, the staff really made the stay complete. Top notch service and always with a smile.Thank you Dennis for the hospitality. We’ll be back.

This hotel gave me so many high expectations but I was let down. It was like an old lady with a lot of makeup. San Francisco has a lot to offer, but maybe we will try another hotel next time. Disappointed.

Booked this hotel with a massage and dinner for Valentines day with my wife. We were greeted with professionalism immediately. It was nice to have the availability of all the accommodations, such as spa, dinner, bar, roof top views in one place. Definitely a romantic ambiance at the Americano restaurant. My wife loved every minute of it.

I only had breakfast. Great staff. Foor is delicious. Nice choices. They do tend to run out of specialty items at times. The restaurant and bar is closed midday. Wish it were open morning to evening, even if with a smaller menu. We never were there for dinner.
