There are many hotels around the theme parks. Prices vary based on proximity and level of comfort. Four Points is an average hotel, reasonably priced and within 20 minutes walk from Disneyland main gate. Lobby is basic as is the restaurant. Room is clean and above all, the king size bedding is very good. What makes Four Points worth this review is the way GM Clint’s staff, particularly Front Manager James and house sleuth Chris solved a problem which was not their fault. I had ordered several items from Amazon to be delivered to the hotel and held pending my arrival. When I arrived, there was no trace of anything. Finally most of the items were found in the GM’s office. Amazon had failed to indicate the shipping notes with my name. They were anonymously labelled. Four Points figured it all out and were able to connect the dots. The items delivered but unfound were refunded on my bill. Amazon owes Four Point a debt of thanks. So if you are not ready to pay the absurdly high prices for rooms at any Disney property hotels, your first choice should be Four Points.

My husband and I did a quick trip to Disneyland for the weekend .
We stayed here for two nights and we had a great stay. We had a king bed , with sofa bed. Our room was specious. The shower head was low for my husband, but the water pressure was great. In the shower, there are soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Our blow dryer was missing, so I called the front desk, and Krystal was so helpful and brought on up to our room. Customer service is top notch here. We did face the highway, and we could hear the noise from our room, but it was not that bad.
We could see the fireworks from our room. The parks are walkable (15 minutes to the gate) The ART stops at the hotel , as well. We did have the breakfast buffet , one morning. The buffet was 18 dollars, for eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, yogurt and fresh fruit. Drinks , coffee, milk and orange juice, too. I just wish there was a oatmeal option. Overall very good . There is a small coffee bar, but not sure if the hours. And a small gift shop
Definitely a nice resort to stay.

This hotel is an easy 15-minute walk to or from Disneyland. Despite being located next to the freeway, the rooms are fairly quiet, but earplugs are provided. Room 406 was much quieter than Room 426, as the higher numbers are in a swing closer to the freeway. The staff couldn't be nicer, however. Our room wasn't made up on our last day for some reason, which was disappointing after a 12-hour day at the park. Retrieving ice (for comforting sore feet) was a journey as the machines couldn't be further away from the main wing. The restaurant food was good...fish and chips. The rooms are old but were clean.

This motel should have their franchise pulled from Marriott for the current state of the hotel. The pool area looked nice but was closed by the government. The elevator that was reported broken months earlier was still not working for the time I was there In December 2020. The room I was assigned smelled horribly of mildew to find the carpet under the sink wet but not from the sink. The tub faucet did not shut off dripping a steady stream and if the shower diverter was left on the water dripped out of the shower bounced off the tub spout and soaked the rug. The balance of the rug was filthy from dirt or mildew leaving my feet and socks black. The furnishings were well abused and left signs of hard use. The AC filter had not been cleaned in months requiring me to wipe off the dust and wash the filter. Due to the 1970 design of the AC unit, whenever someone smoked outside the fumes were sucked into my room.
The TV was huge, 60+”, but hung crooked, low on one end by 1-2”, with no guide for what channels were available. The beds were 10 years past time for replacement with a deep sag in the middle where the springs were worn. The pillows were plentiful but all flat so it took 3 to make one normal size pillow. Due to the location on I-5, there was constant noise that sounded like the interstate was running through the room. I used ear plugs, music off the phone, and a pillow over my head to drown out the noise but it did not work.
There were two arrests in the parking lot over 10 days, numerous times their were vagrants sleeping in the stairwells begging for money, one women offering company at 11P and one domestic dispute leading to one of the arrests. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the hotel was a huge disappointment. Over the weekend, we believe the owner was there in a Rolls Royce to pick up receipts from the weekend.
Maybe 20 years ago this was a nice hotel but it is horrible now and should be avoided. There are other Marriott properties within a mile that are 1000 times nicer for 10-15% more cash

We stayed for a week with our family of four. The bathroom is tiny. The shower leaks all over the floor. The light switches and baseboards were dirty. There weren’t enough towels for four guests. There were no towel racks, so we hung our towels on hangers in the closet. Surfaces were dirty. Also, the city shuttle to Disneyland sped through the parking lot, failed to stop and cost us an extra hour in the morning. We walked after learning that lesson. Our parents stayed at Candy Cane Inn and had a wonderful stay. Comparable price and clean rooms and private shuttle. Lesson learned. We will not stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it was markedly cheaper than the other chain hotels near Disney. We thought it was due to the proximity of the highway which we felt we were willing to risk.

Our visit started out great. The valet was very polite and helpful. At the front desk, they welcomed us with a smile, polite conversation, (and cookies!), and even gave my daughter a Disney balloon (the kind they sell in the park).

From there it basically went down hill...

We got to our room after a long day of travel to find we’d been placed in a room with one bed and there was no crib for my youngest despite our request.

I managed to get us moved to a room with two beds and asked for a crib while I was at the front desk. 90 minutes later it hadn’t shown up so my wife called down for a crib. It never came.

This hotel is right under where they set off fireworks for Disney. It literally shakes your room.

The next morning, we went to shower and there was no soap, just shampoo and conditioner. I also found a laminated card upside down on a table that mentions a “small amenity to better assist with sound”. I’m assuming that was supposed to be ear plugs for the fireworks and constant highway noise (which actually didn’t bother me that much. It’s almost like white noise).

We set out on our day at Disney, which was great as usual.

Upon our return around 6:45pm, housekeeping was still on the floor as was a young woman who appeared to be the housekeeping manager. We asked for soap and a crib. She promptly returned with the soap and promised to locate a crib. She never returned.

The next morning we went to take a shower and found that housekeeping had taken away our dirty towels, but left no clean ones in their place.

We were so happy to leave this poorly run place behind. I give it two stars only because of the politeness of the staff.

Came here for a 3 night stay with family and friends to visit Disneyland and explore LA. We like to stay at Marriott properties when we travel, however this hotel did not feel like a Marriott but more like a run down cheap motel. The photos online did not match to what we arrived to. There were people lingering and going in between parked vehicles in the lot that looked suspicious. We checked in very late past midnight and when we got to the room we immediately were disappointed. The furniture in the room is wore down, paint chipped, the phone in the room is filthy, stains on bedding and towels, the carpet in the room had crumbs, a hair pin and sticky substance throughout the flooring. I called the front desk and asked if we could checkout without being penalized, the agent answered we would have to check in the morning... she then asked if anything was wrong. I explained the condition of the room. Since it was late I asked if there were any other rooms we could move to. Agent gave us two rooms to inspect before moving. Both rooms were even worse than what we already had. Room 411 needs to be place out of order and deeply carpet cleaned. I don’t know what sticky substance is in the carpet but it was all over that rooms carpet.
We decided to stay at Four Points and in our original two rooms since we had a long day ahead of us.
Yes, it was noisy due to freeway but that was expected. The following day when we came back from being all day at Disneyland both our rooms smelt of marijuana. We aired out the rooms for about 30 mins. We called for a rollaway bed since we were told over phone we could have one prior to arrival to learn that requests have to wait for morning staff. The agent working at night said we could call in the morning and ask. .. we then asked for extra bedding and again received the same response to call in the morning.
The next day we decided to make the best of it and reserved time at the pool. It was just our party but honestly the pool area needed cleaning. The hot tub flooring felt slimy and tiles were a brown coloring. There was trash on the floor and dirty towels from previous guests. We didn’t stay long and left.
Overall, the property definitely needs attention. The gate doors don’t work, leaving the lot you have to call for assistance to leave, the elevator on the side of the hotel has a horrible stench, the guest laundry area was flooded with water, they should renovate and remove the carpeting floors. I understand we’re in a pandemic and staffing is short, but attention to detail and cleanliness is very important. I would never come back to this property.

We were on the 4th floor #458, which is sandwiched between two storage rooms and the service elevator. Not much in the way of freeway noise, but the service staff does start early in the morning and apparently forgets there's a guest room nearby.

The A/C unit was not working properly, nor was the sink. A call to the front desk remedied the sink, but all they did to the A/C was turn it down to 60. It still blew warm air. The next day we spoke with the front desk in person and they had the maintenance supervisor respond to our room. After a small bit of tinkering, they ended up replacing the unit and cold air was not a problem the rest of our stay (temps were high during our stay 90-95).

This place is old and has a motor lodge / motel feel. The carpets in the room were very fifthly and the paint was several layers thick in places. The bed frame creaked every time you moved and stuck out past the mattress/box spring so you could wrack you shin against it.

The restaurant was good for breakfast. Dinner, not so much. The staff were accommodating and parking was ample. Not the Marriott experience one comes to expect.

My room had no hot water in the shower. The faucet turned 360 degrees several times until it came off. That's a long overdue repair that maintenance, housekeeping, and management clearly overlooked. It didn't just happen in a single night. It's such a shame, too. The check-in process was wonderful. But, no, I'd never return. When I told the front desk staff at check-out about the shower, they were completely incapable of offering so much as a 10% discount for having a cold shower. They were ridiculous. There are so many hotels near Disneyland, choose another.

Reading previous reviews in relation to the noise from interstate 5 we were nervous about this.
Yes it was very noisy but location/comfy beds, block out curtains, friendly staff, free morning coffee 6-9 am and happy hour food sharing plates more than made up for this. We booked 2 rooms and our 3 kids loved the pool and spa - they loved the 10 min walk to Disneyland entrance.
