If you like uncomfortable situations and anxiety this is the place to come, staff looking to cause trouble and not to mention 20,000 old people looking to fight you for every slot machine. Gross

This place absolutely sucks. Dirty, no free drinks, and non-smoking. That last one may be appealing to you if you are one of those people that complains all the time about smokers. They do have a smoking and gambling area outside, but all the machines are broken. Slots also seem really stingy and didn't pay out at all. The one star was for the restaurant selection onsite.

I love that this new casino is non-smoking. When we arrived, it took us awhile wandering around to find the restrooms. It wasn't on the signs and ended up being at the back of the casino. On the way there, I noticed that the carpet was overly dirty. It seems that with all of the foot traffic, chunks of the carpet are everywhere. They really need to either vacuum during down times and/or have those push, manual type floor spot cleaners on hand until the carpet settles down a bit. It was pretty disgusting looking.
There were only two $15 craps tables and they appeared to be used because I can't fathom how the tables could be in such bad shape from under a month of play. There were several empty $25 tables. Come on! And the dealers were still in training. They couldn't use the stick, couldn't add the pay and the ones that did know what they were doing were so bored that they were watching TV. I had to keep pulling mine away and tell him to pay me. Pretty unacceptable. How about do training during the weekend instead of when the table is full on a weekend?
One mistake we made was going on a Ravens home game sunday. There is free parking as there should be for a casino but that means it's filled up with fans going to the game. It was a traffic nightmare!
It's a really great option for going to the inner harbor and topping it off with a bit of gambling.Business owner information

Thanks for the review Michelle. We assure you that we do make cleanliness and maintenance a top priority here at Horseshoe Baltimore, but as for table limits, they do vary based on time of day and day of the week. Also, with over 3,000 parking spots we have both self-parking and valet parking to assist all of our guests and we work closely with the Baltimore City Police Department to ensure smooth transitions on major event days, such as Ravens games. We look forward to having you back for more entertainment Horseshoe style!

Baltimore Horseshoe is smack in the middle of town near the stadiums. Two levels with plenty of slots although there seemed to be more $1 slots than anything else. Food court is ample but no coffee place which is unusual. Smoking is outside where they have some machines. Not excited about this casino.

Hi Aimee,
We thank you for your visit to Horseshoe Baltimore. What can we do to get you excited? You mentioned that there's not coffee place. Please stayed tuned on this one... We're always mixing things up in response to good suggestions from our guests.
We really have people who read each and every survey that comes in, and we try to make sure our guests are getting the types of "extras" they want. If you have other suggestions on how we can make it better for you, we'd love to know! (Send your comments to UBAContactUs@caesars.com)

Up in the poker room, the other players will harass you while you're playing, and the staff will do nothing to stop them. The worst. Stay away. There are other casinos in the area that are much better. Head to them.

The casino is conveniently located near places I enjoy visiting in Baltimore. The free parking is a plus. If you sign up for the Caesars Reward card, you get $20 in free games and a scratch off ticket. You also get a 25% off coupon for restaurants within the building. There are free concerts in the casino. There are a variety of restaurants in the casino. Hubby liked the two for one drink special during happy hour. We have visited twice so far. We haven't won enough to buy a yacht but we can buy a really nice tube of toothpaste.

During my 1st and only visit to Horseshoe, we experienced several people who provided us with major attitude and poor customer service, including a service member that personally insulted me about what she thought I looked like. I emailed Horseshoe directly (before posting a review) and asked some questions that I thought would behoove management to at least answer the email.
Nope, I was added to their email list.Business owner information

Love the lack of smoke in this casino! We stopped by after taking the bus down to Baltimore as its right next door to the Greyhound station. We played some video poker and tried some of their baltimore beers. Seemed like people were winning as well. They do have an outside smoking section with games there as well so I guess thats where all the smoke is :). There were a lot of food options. Overall, one of my favorite east coast casinos.

I am impressed.
Unlike the other casinos that I've been in, this one doesn't feel like I've walked into a crypt or a non-violent elderly zombie apocalypse.
It's clean, well maintained, there are plenty of machines (even a cute kittens slot machine!), and there's a fun atmosphere to the place. Not to mention that the demographic is pretty diverse, which is great to see!
There was a live band, people dancing, accessible bars and restaurants, you name it (within a casino's means).
I had a lot of fun experiencing what Horseshoe had to offer. As a first-timer, I signed up for their rewards card, got $20 gambling money for free, a 25% off coupon to one of the restaurants, and some awesome memories :)Business owner information

Always a great experience at horseshoe. Rita the cleaning lady was such a sweetheart tonight directing me to an alternate bathroom when the women's bathroom was being cleaned and even telling my friend where i went when he walked out of the restroom. Jason(head) of security helped me located my phone last time i was there and i met the bartender at the top bar tonight, Justin who was very quick and incredibly friendly. I don't know much in the way of gambling except for slots but when i walked up to the roulette table the guy in charge of the table and another patron were incredibly friendly and helped me to get the hang of it.
