So I like the fact that there is no nasty smoking allowed. It's nice to be able to walk out broke but still smelling "fresh."
Games are  somewhat old school but I did find a slot that played me for an hour, and gave me a false sense of hope of a big win, just to steal all my monies. All good,  it was still fun, I should learn to be not so greedy.

That place was a depressing money pit. The entire time I was there, not one time did I see ANY winners. Silent. They took everyone's money. The slots were so rigged, you can see the computer glitching to take your money. And before you say that's what casinos do, this was beyond that. The worse money grab I have ever seen in my 52 years. Don't waste your money.

Just want to warn sportsbook betting customers to avoid the shoe.  It's so poorly run.  First of all if you having tickets you can't simply scan it back into the machine to make more bets like every other sportsbook in the area.  You have to wait in line to cash our with one of the two that are working. Such a waste of time.  Also they got like 12 betting kiosks that work for the entire casino.  MD Live has like 40 of them.  Heck Charlestown has like 30 to 40 kiosks.  Also for some reason they never seem to have the right amount of cash in their drawers.  Last time the girl told me she only had 10's.  One time the cashier refused to give me 20's and insisted on 100's.  She told me I could go to the machine to break it.  I'm like I see a bunch of 20's in your register.  Just give them to me and stop treating the customers like garbage.  This place stinks and is why everyone goes to MD Live.  I wish Live was closer to my house.

Fallen to a new low.  They used to have decent promotions but no longer.

      1. Free slot play is only once a week.

      2. Most promotions are earn 10 points and get
free play which is $10.  It can take $30 to $40 to
         get 10 points.  No thanks!

      3. The payouts are at an all time low.  I heard
from a friend who works there they have new
management.  They are going in the wrong
direction and the customers gave noticed and
are pissed off at the decline.

      4. Poor maintenance.  Slots get broken and stay
that way.  Busted buttons are not replaced and
games like multi card keno, at the bar, I liked
were taken out permanently and replaced with
          nothing.

      5. High spending does not increase you're weekly
free play.  Increased play used to increase the
amount you were offered each month.  I have
dropped thousands on occasional lucky runs
and the offers stayed the same the next month.

      6. They don't care about your opinion.  I have
never gotten a response from a survey or
comment and I have been going here since
         they opened.

They had potential when they started but it's a wast of time to play here now as they really don't give a crap about doing a good job.

My shoe has a sore throat. It's currently a Hoarseshoe.

I don't go to casinos. I would never. Unless I'm at a family reunion and I am peer pressured into it by a bunch of people who value money and winning money too much and think it's all so much fun. Not my thing.

I've been to some of the ones in Vegas and Reno and the difference is the people working out in Nevada are more friendly, more professional, and more into it.

Having said that, I find these guys to be friendlier than a lot of casinos, right down to this nice response I received, and if you can be this nice in the face of criticism, you deserve an extra star.

Also I noticed that there were not a lot of happy people and winnings when I was there, and absolutely nobody from my family won anything of note. It's an expensive place. I only give it a 2 because it's 24 hrs and gives the people of Baltimore something to do at night (throw away their money).

And if a horse is bothering you, just say "Horse! Shoo!"

Great venue, neighborhood gem, Great food and entertainment, safe fun party atmosphere.
I've celebrated birthdays, get togethers and most recently "Best of Baltimore" here.
Every staff member at every restaurant, customer service desk, bar has been very respectful, kind and welcoming.
I look forward to returning back sooner than later.

Pros - Great custumer service, safe well lit parking garage on every level, drink specials and happy hours throughout venue, Great DJ's, nice dance floor, clean bathrooms, great decor and clean.

      Cons - it's a casino! Ha
I truly have no real issue w this establishment.

The casino itself has a decent amount of space. Nothing spectacular. Plenty of slots but does seem limited on table games. It also lacks a sportsbook/horse racing area. There is a small horse racing area in the bottom corner but it's very small. Overall there is plenty of other casino's I would go to before this one.

This was a nice concept... but crowd it attracts can be less than desirable on The Weekends.
      In particular... Saturday nights.

After a certain time on weekends the lounge becomes the haven for people that have no place else to go after the (ahem) less reputable clubs close.

If you want to gamble during days or early evening, then try it out... late night weekends, ... I wouldn't recommend.

They don't give free drinks, alcohol is a bit overpriced... but as I said before, the design is nice. Floor plan is interesting.

Bigger than Md Live, smaller than anything in Vegas ... not my cup of tea, but if you've never been, make it a pit stop on the way to your real destination

Racist bartenders. Hey Asians, did you want a discriminatory treatment from bartenders who doesn't even acknowledge your presence? Then please come here. I was about to leave but decided to order one more drink before I leave.  and ahhhh of course I cannot escape the bartender on the first floor who acted like my friend and I were invisible at the bar. My only regret was that I couldn't get her name. Oh btw it wasn't busy. It had 2 customers with 2 bartenders.
This was such a difference in service because upstairs had 2 bartenders who were able to tend to many customers. It's really funny to see the micro aggressions in the refusal of service in 2021. Like if this is why you are being a jerk why are you a bartender?
I would love it if they pulled the security footage between 445pm- 5:00pm to see the lack of service we got at the casino. They might as well had a sign that said Asians not welcomed.

Poker room has a lot of boring players there and crazy stack sizes for 1/3 games.

Lot of auto shufflers on the black jack tables and not sure if they give away free drinks or not? Didn't see a waitress all night.
