The Lethal Weapon star was invited to the bash by a friend of Menounos and he swiftly made his way into the centre of the room to dance with the Extra frontwoman.
The celebration, at Menounos’ home in Encino, California, were Hawaiian-themed and Gibson donned a wreath of colourful flowers as he spun the giggling brunette around in time to the music.
In pictures obtained by TMZ.com, Gibson can be whisking the birthday girl off her feet before she wraps her arms and legs around him as cheering onlookers watch.
After placing her back on the ground, Gibson extended his arm and invited the star to take part in a more sedate routine.
At the end of the night, Menounos took to her Twitter.com page, writing, “4.30 am – time for bed. Party was insane! Danced my butt off! Sang my butt off… it was epic! Dancing didn’t end till (sic) 3am!”
