Hilary Duff Announces Arrival of Baby No. 4 With Gorgeous Photos From Home Birth
This is what dreams are made of—Hilary Duff is officially a mom of four!
On Tuesday, May 7, the Lizzie McGuire star took to Instagram to announce the arrival of baby No. 4, her third child with her husband, Matthew Koma.
"Townes Meadow Bair 🧸 , now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those Cheeks!" the doting mom wrote next to a carousel of photos featuring their newest addition.
The black-and-white snaps showed Duff holding her newborn daughter in a birthing pool after her May 3 birth, with the last picture showing Koma cradling his swaddled baby girl.
"I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic," Duff continued. "We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty.5/3/24."
Duff announced her pregnancy on Dec. 12 via Instagram. "Surprise Surprise! she captioned a post featuring the family's holiday card. The front of the greeting showed Duff with her hands on her belly and a shocked expression while surrounded by her husband and children.
"So much for silent nights," the card read on the front. On the back, it declared, "Buckle up, Buttercups, we're adding one more to this crazy bunch!"
On April 16, not long before her due date, Duff took to Instagram with a carousel of photos, sharing she was "gently trying to give baby the eviction notice." The featured image showed the How I Met Your Father actress lying down with her eyes closed and acupuncture needles sticking out of her face.
Duff and Koma, both 36, also share two daughters, Banks, 5, and Mae, 3, in addition to the actress' son, Luca, 12, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie.
