He's a young actor that seems to have it all going for him right now, and that's perhaps been the tale of Hero Fiennes Tiffin's life. After all, he's been known as a heartthrob and has had millions of adoring fans all around the world since he was barely 12 years old. While his name is often used in a hyphenated form, he actually prefers to use Fiennes as a middle name since his parents, director Martha Fiennes, and cinematographer, George Tiffin, were never married.

In fact, his name itself is compacted, and who could blame him since his actual full name is Hero Beauregard Faulkner Fiennes Tiffin. If you think that's a mouthful, it's because Hero hails from the famous, Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes peerage family, who were descendants of the 16th Baron Saye and Sele. The young actor got his break when he landed the role of Lord Voldemort himself — ahead of thousands of other young actors who auditioned to play an 11-year-old Tom Riddle in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.

Despite Ralph Fiennes famously playing the adult Voldemort in the globally popular wizarding films, everyone involved was quick to mention that Hero had earned the role. He was able to channel a darkness that gave the character more depth than any other hopeful actor there, and not because he's also the nephew of famed actor Ralph Fiennes. Director David Yates later said that his resemblance to Ralph Fiennes, however, "clinched" the result. Regardless of how true or untrue that may be, Hero has since shown that he's a very capable actor who's earned a legion of fans on his own merit.

Now that Hero has become such an established star, the obvious question that arises for such a young star is what's he doing now and what's next?

The film is set to include Hero Fiennes Tiffin alongside a leading female cast consisting of Cara Delevingne (Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets) and Hannah John-Kamen (Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City).
