Found this place in the castle very interesting. A few more English explanations of what things were wouldn't go a miss. However the main sections were in English so you knew the basics and played guess what this does with the rest!

Tucked away in the courtyard of the Schloss is the entrance to the museum. We didn't realise it would be so large and had to slightly rush towards the end to get to our guided tour! I'd say you should allow for about 45 minutes to wander around this interesting museum.
Much of the information is provided in both German and English. There are some lovely scenes of historically inspired pharmacist shops throughout the museum, along with artwork, objects and tools of the trade, providing a fascinating insight into the way a pharmacy industry grew and developed in Germany.
If you're in Heidelberg, you should come and visit!
This museum is inside of the castle grounds and is fascinating. I loved seeing information on the responsibilities of early apothecaries and the sources of the medicines that they compounded.
Very interesting to learn about pharmacology through the ages. loved seeing all the different counters, etc.
Very interesting museum with examples of pharmacy interiors through time and interesting exhibits. Information in English and German. Free entry with a castle ticket.
As a medical professional my opinion may be skewed but I LOVED this place. Major information placards are in German and English, though smaller descriptors are only in German. Easily accessible in the schloss and super interesting. Gift shop is super cute. Would call this a do not miss attraction!
