This was a brilliant 45 minute cover of the Hatton Garden heist, especially having interviews with the actual burglar involved and real police images.
Watching this made me realise how impressive some of the detective work really is, the fact they managed to find the final guy due to how he walked is simply incredible.
Follows the formula for delivering a perfectly decent documentary and doesn’t seem concerned with trying to be anything special. It’s okay, as envisioned.
After the fantastic, authentic and a story of how no matter who you are greed comes knocking of 'Hatton Garden'. I was curious to see if this can bring any more layers to the story and if any new details will come from one of the biggest heists in my lifetime. In see the reports of the crime spreading like wild fire with the pictures of the trashed room with depository boxes scattered everywhere, the CCTV footage plastered on the news in the polices desperate appeals for information after everyone came off the Easter Weekend of 2015. It left me flabbergasted how pensioners where able to break into one of the most secure vaults in Briton and make off with…
