F1 in Schools

A team of Harrovians has qualified for the F1 in Schools competition World Finals after placing third in the UK Professional Class.

The four boys designed and built a small F1 car as well as a pit display and delivered a verbal presentation with a portfolio of work showcasing design, engineering, enterprise and sponsorship.

The F1 in Schools competition is designed to develop students' STEM (Science, Technology, Economics and Maths) skills in the most engaging way possible - through the creation of a miniature F1 racing car.
