Halle puts the time in at the gym to get her body in such amazing shape. During her Phit Talks and Fitness Fridays on Instagram, she shares the tough workouts she does with trainer Peter Lee Thomas. And when it comes to her butt and leg workouts, she goes HAM.

She told Women’s Health in May that pre-pandemic, she and Peter worked out together for close to 90 minutes. But she has since cut her workouts by more than half. “Half the time our sweat sessions were just 20 minutes long,” she said. “If anything, I've learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt.”

She also focuses on circuits of five or six exercises and “churning through one after another, going as hard as I can for a set amount of time so I don't have to count reps.”

She also mixes up bodyweight moves with equipment moves, and even used her son Maceo as weight for squats.

"These days, I do yoga and stretch, I sprint fast, I work with my own bodyweight, weights, and resistance bands, and I practice martial arts," she told Women’s Health.
