Recommendations
Reviews
- The strongest of recommendations. I love Dungen and the original soundtrack too... but these Prins Thomas reworks are something else. He has really catched the pensive, meditational side of Dungen and has taken it a step further. And it's a GREAT sounding pressing on heavy vinyl.
Put it on your turntable, pour a nice drink, sit on your favourite chair and enjoy the trip. - This record has really grown on me, more so than Dungen's original soundtrack--and Dungen are incredible, so this surprised me. This is a beautiful record, an unlikely and unique combination of 2 very different artist's styles.
Side B alone is worth the price of admission, 2 tracks that form a gradually building story... subtle and spacious, brooding and epic.
Great for a drive in the mountains on a cloudy day !
Oh, and the vinyl is a wonderful pressing, little to no surface noise, with big spacious and dynamic sound.
