Pros
Get to learn alot, around a lot of really smart people.
Cons
Big law is legitimately one of the most challenging things. Everything is urgent, but nothing really matters or is actually that urgent. As a fellow Gen Z, this is not the move. Very little flexibility, very little room for growth, bad benefits, no care for perspective on current world conflicts.
