Had a National convention located here. Everything was laid out in an organized manner and every hall was labeled and easy to find. Parking starts at about 20 dollars. Very clean and well kept up.

Enjoyed the conference at this facility. It is a bit spread out but seems relatively new and had comfortable seating. Lots of breakout spaces and large meeting areas. The technical crews did a good job with video and sound quality at all of the events over five days. The area and facility exceeded my expectations.

I was here for a business conference. The place was clean and well-laid out. It ties in well with the 2 huge hotels next door. But go to the North Market to eat rather than pay the ridiculous food concession prices.

The convention centre is currently being expanded, so there was construction going on, however this did not disturb our conference. The areas are well signposted, and there are plenty of clean amenities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is situated in the heart of Columbus, and there are plenty of restaurants and hotels nearby to choose from. We walked around and ate at a different place every day. The North Market is just across the road, and sells fresh produce. It is also on the CBus route, which is free, and does a loop of the Short North, German Village and the Brewery district. A great place for a conference!

I work in Convention centers all over the country is Columbus is by far the worst. The staff is incredibly difficult, incompetent and rude. Not to mention they steal stuff left and right. The back of house is the dirtiest, nastiest, most unorganized mess I have ever seen anywhere. Do not eat here! It's embarrassing because this is my hometown convention center. It's too bad that the management there has absolutely no idea what they are doing and how bad they make Columbus look. Keep up the bad work! Hope to not see you soon!

I attended a conference (headquartered in the Hyatt) and trade show in the Convention Center this month. The location is great. Easily accessible from the airport by public transportation or other services. There are many hotels and restaurants within walking distance. Best of all is the beautiful convention center.

I attended a 3-day convention here. It was probably not considered a large event as this venue can host a very large convention in its spaces. Signage was a bit thin to me on the first day, trying to orient myself and find the meeting rooms and marketplace, but I did manage. The staff who helped me were apparently part of this particular convention, not convention center staff, but I eventually found the right meeting room and figured out how to navigate back to the hotel. By the second day, I noticed the signage on the ceiling that pointed my way, so that tells you why I thought signage was missing. There were a couple of decent sandwich and coffee kiosks inside the convention center, but there were also plenty of eating spots just outside the event, on the street. Easy walk to all sorts of places for a quick lunch, including back to the hotel dining spot. There were interesting art installations here and there, especially at the north entrance, and I liked that I could walk via an enclosed overpass back to my hotel if weather was bad. If this same convention is held here next year, I will likely return.

Was here for a conference. Kudos for maintaining a HUGE facility, and using electronic signs to make finding the right conference room easy... And it's easy to get all your steps in before noon, because it's HUGE. Bring comfortable walking shoes, if you can't skate. /grin.

We came here for the Arnold's last weekend. Found the place to be very clean and the bathrooms were kept up. With a venue so large in size staff were doing a great job in helping people and was quite organized considering the size of the event. We did not try the food so cannot say anything about it. We had a spill at the strong man location and it did not take long for a staff to get it cleaned up. The building is huge so be prepared to walk a lot. Which I had no problem with. Will likely be there next year for this event.
