- Chris-Michelle M70 contributionsThis place is amazing! Though it was very cold, about a quarter of the perennials had woken up from Winter. That being said, the place was incredible! The garden design and the attention to details made this place beautiful, despite the limited color. I can only imagine what it looks like when everything has come back into bloom! The inside displays were very interesting as well.Written May 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CreveCoeurMoCreve Coeur, MO267 contributionsWe have been to several presidential Libraries and Museums: Lyndon Johnson, George W. Bush, Harry Truman and Bill Clinton. I liked this one the Best. Gerry and Betty Ford were such genuine and caring people. We learned how he brought the nation together after Nixon and Watergate. He was criticized by many for pardoning Nixon, but he cared more about taking care of the business of the American people than bogging down the nation in a lengthy trial. Sure makes me wish he was around today. When he lost to Carter, he was so gracious and helpful, that at Carter’s inauguration, Carter thanked him and asked him to stand (You can see the video). This is very unusual and not done before or since. I felt choked up learning how gracious both he and Betty were. We were lucky to tag along on a tour that docent Ann Hahn was conducting for 7th graders. She kept their attention (amazing) and brought the Ford’s alive for us. This might be why we loved this museum the most.Written May 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- KV19 contributionsGreat, kid friendly place to learn about Grand Rapids and the surrounding area. The planetarium was awesome too. My two kids ages 8 and 11 enjoyed it.Written February 25, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Lee SLima, OH108 contributionsThe visitor center is the not FLW house on the side. The sign is on driveway to the Meyer May House so it is not clear from the street or Google Earth Maps. The experience begins with a 30+ minute video on the restoration and then the 8 in the group were split into two 4 person groups. This makes it a very personal tour compared to other FLW house experiences. Our guide was Bill and he was excellent and engaging.Written April 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - StrangeTripperChicago's North Shore, IL12,964 contributionsWent here to see "The Van Andel Scramble" featuring the Billy Strings band and a host of guest performers. The show was great, but the venue was pretty nice too. It was modern and looks to be a relatively newer facility. The seats were fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were pretty decent, considering the sellout crowd. A good venue to see an arena-style concert.Written November 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Cheryl JIndianapolis, IN540 contributionsNice for the price! We spent about 2 hours here and saw everything. The interior of the building is fun in itself The permanent exhibits were fine but the temporary exhibits were excellent. Friendly check in staff.Written June 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- maaparMount Pleasant, SC870 contributionsWe stayed in a b and b in this area. Great varied architecture and lovely neighborhood. Great to walk or drive around this area. Some of the houses were originally built by wealthy families like the Leonard’s who made refrigerators.Written July 27, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gale UBuffalo, NY67 contributionsWithout a doubt - the neatest, most organized farmer's market I have ever visited. Great choices of produce, plus some other stands (wood products, candles, etc.) The prices were very good. The displays were outstanding. Wish we had one like this where I live.Written November 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Abby RGrand Rapids, MI142 contributionsIf you have little ones, watch for special symphony nights where they play video while they play. They did a night of Pixar that my kids loved watching their favorite movies come to life. They also do other fun lights like Star Wars and Harry Potter.

It’s always a nice walk in the woods, with a few ponds to add interest. It’s a great place to visit, if you are a nature lover like me! Can’t wait to go back!Written April 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
