Kyle H This was the perfect balance of an OG Godzilla film, closes American version to a Japanese version. You keep getting more of the story and of the big guy! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/12/24 Full Review G-man 4life The movie is for the true Godzilla fans, everyone else, who cares...the criticism it's getting is over the top, since when do critic's get anything right anyway. This movie was a blast, all the titans looked great and Godzilla was awesome, the soundtrack was perfect...one of the best G-man movies ever, including the new one which focused to much on kong and his story. Tim Cogshell FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) The sound effects in this movie are extraordinary. That roar that Godzilla does? I gotta tell you that I kind of love that. I might make it the dial tone on my phone. Sep 30, 2019 Full Review Esther Zuckerman Thrillist The cast is stacked with otherwise brilliant actors stuck in a borderline incomprehensible plot and forced to play second fiddle to monsters whose powers of wonder wear off fast. Jun 27, 2019 Full Review Wenlei Ma News.com.au Sometimes you have to be honest about the movie you really are - smashy smash. If you can reconcile that, then it's not so awful. Rated: 3/5 Jun 21, 2019 Full Review Felix Vasquez Jr. Cinema Crazed Works on its own, and as a chapter in a larger movie universe that pays off quite well. Mar 28, 2024 Full Review Cory Woodroof For the Win (USA Today) The scope and melodramatics of this one meshed really well with the unfiltered desire to let these beasts go at it. Mar 28, 2024 Full Review Josh Larsen LarsenOnFilm ...features far sludgier CGI than the two previous MonsterVerse installments. Rated: 2/4 Mar 23, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews
