This has to be one of my favourite spots in BKK, the food is always incredible, but what I love the most is how accommodating the chef is. He literally offered to ‘veganise’ almost everything on the menu and even created a special dish for...us to try. Wonderful cocktails, great atmosphere and some of the best food in BKK- go there!More

Overall I was satisfied with the foods and the atmosphere. Unfortunately due to covid, restaurant have to close at 9pm. so they were kinda in rush when we didn’t really finished yet. Also staffs weren’t really helpful enough when we asked for the menus and...recommendations, she was asking a ridiculous question like which menu when we just arrived why don’t you just bring both instead of asking nonsense. And for recommendations, I know I was being picky and you thought you wearing mask that I couldn’t see your facial expression that you were annoying by my question(she was frowning). Anyway foods are tasty as always just a little salty for pasta and thank you for re-cooking the pasta to reduce the saltiness.More
We visited on a Friday evening based on local reviews. The restaurant has a high glass-fronted bar area, with additional seating outside in the small soi off Sukhumvit. You could stop right here and have a drink or two, its a great space. Further inside...is the restaurant proper, with nicely separated seating and furnished with some variety. The menu is really designed to encourage sharing, with a range of starters, some pizetta and the option to take small or main-sized pasta, with a few secondi as well. We very much enjoyed our choices, with the octopus being the stand-out dish. Service is friendly and attentive, with visits by the maitre'd and the chef. Highly recommended, especially if you have a small group. Would visit again on my next trip to BKK.More

Like the old Quince which is now in Siri house, the vibes and decor here are just great even when it’s not crowded. We got here early and had a drink outside in the garden. We did move inside to have our dinner as it’s...rather humid outside. I had a mango bellini which I thought was a good twist as peach or strawberry isn’t exactly from the Land of big Mangoes here in Thailand. The taste of mango didn’t come through enough in the drink and I would certainly give it a miss if we come again as much as I love my bellini. The anchovy aperitivo on sourdough as a starter was okay. I am not a butter fan in general and the chef’s twist in red pepper butter didn’t turn me on for sure. The roast cauliflower was done well with all the right ingredients to create the good taste and texture. The complimentary bread was average with also very average tasting of olive oil as the condiment. The angnolotti was thoroughly enjoyed by my companion but it’s too heavy to my liking. I had the vongole but couldn’t taste the “sea” from the dish. We wrapped up the meal with salted caramel and pistachio gelato. The salted caramel was okay but pistachio was a big let down. Hardly any taste of pistachio and the consistency of the gelato was simply wrong. It’s icy and hollow. The light and creaminess of a typical gelato was completely absent. Service was good overall with attentive staff and prompt service. All in all, it’s a good spot but there is no rush in returning.More

It was a quite Monday night. Food was average, cocktail was a bit water down. However, they do have an extensive wine list for a casual restaurant. If you’re craving for western, it’s not bad of a choice, more towards an Italian American rather than...authentic Italian.More

So, we went two couples for a night out. It is obviously a very popular place, probably due to the fantastic ambience. The service was great and attentive and the starters were good. But, an Italian restaurant that makes four different pasta dishes where all...four guests goes “meh” is not good enough. And for the love of God, stop with the “Happy birthday” song every five minutes.More
The food and the vibe are chef kiss. But for the service charge, it’s unnecessarily expensive and all the stuff waitress have to do is collect the order and pour the water. The waitress didn’t ask if we like to order water and she just...took and poured water in our glasses so at first we thought it’s free. We had paid 160 baht for which we didn’t order. It was an impromptu decision to dine at Gigi’s as I was having coffee opposite and saw this nice, cosy restaurant. I googled it and saw good reviews. I popped over and the hostess graciously got me a table and introduced the menu. I was...craving for either a salad or pasta. The pasta with the prosciutto was recommended. It was indeed a good bowl of pasta. The accompanying soft and crusty bread was also delectable! If you’re in the area and would like Italian, do drop by at Gigi’s. Prices are affordable, service is personal and food is good. Oh! Also, when you are there, do hop across the road for a good coffee at AWW Portal. They have got good beans and coffee is good!More
In place of the old Quince restaurant, this place continues on the nice vibes of pet friendly restaurant but with an Italian menu. Outdoor seating preferred, the truffle fettuccine was amazing as was the Beef tartare, Pizza is a little overrated, service was average. Lunch...menu has some decent options also.More
We went to Gigi yesterday after 3 months of closure. The food and drinks were amazing! We had La Burrata, Fritto Misto and Beef Carpaccio for antipasti which were super good! Absolutely loved our meal here. Highlights were the anchovy appetiser and the lemon and burrata spaghetti (and I am someone who is sick of burrata generally after the world went mad for it about 10 years ago!). Lowest point was the sweetcorn in my crab...pasta (it felt out of place) but in spite of that it was a great dish. Cocktails also really interesting and excellent. We went for lunch but I know from friends that it is a great and fun spot in the evening as well. Best summary would be: style without sacrificing substance. Can’t wait to go back.More
Good atmosphere, food was good, inexpensive and acceptable! Staffs were nice but didn’t pay much attention to customers, I have to wave my hand a few times. Nice place to hangout with friends. Or just a drink.
Great food amazing place definitely can recommend. Very attentive staff owner /manager very friendly and ensured we were taken care of unlike the other Italian restaurant we visited 2 days later. Meals done to perfection. Out of 5? 10😀
We had a great night, three girlfriends decided to have a good dinner and fun on a Friday night. The place was packed, with a good buzz, food was great, and so were the drinks. service was excellent too.
