We went in the mid-afternoon and were disappointed to see the tapas menu very limited, although what we had was very good (with the possible exception of the chicken wings in sauce, pretty sure those weren't all wings, and the chicken wasn't tender and well...rendered as it can be). We had excellent service from a very helpful Irish restaurant manager who showed us how to eat the bread in the traditional way. We had a great experience. We went back a couple of days later hoping to try the more "brunchy" elements of the menu such as granola and fruit, and dishes with eggs and so on. However the nice lady wasn't there, and the restaurant wasn't due to open for 25 mins. We asked if we could sit outside while we waited (we had walked for about half an hour to get there). The male manager refused, saying that the waiter had to put the cushions out so we could not sit at one of the tables. We wandered off and ended up eating somewhere else, of course...More

The brunch here was absolutely delicious and the menu had such a variety to cater to any cravings. Staff were so pleasant upon arrival and the owners are so lovely. 10/10 would recommend, great for a group or a solo treat - 5Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loved this restaurant! We returned for a second night to enjoy more items off the creative tapas menu. Every item was superb! The lamb dish, drunken shrimp and burrata special were all very memorable. Outside seating area was busy so service was a bit slow,...but the idea of tapas is to sit and enjoy, so no worries about the service. Staff was friendly and helpful. We are a Canadian couple who love to cook and appreciate great food out. We’ve been sampling many tapas on our 6 week journey and Gigi Von Tapas was the best. Our server, Regina, (also the capital city of Saskatchewan, Canada ☺️) recommended dishes. Each...one made fresh, more than ample serving sizes, and full of flavour. The reason we came to Gigi Von Tapas was because of the reviews during our brief layover in Barcelona. Compliments to the chef and the service was attentive. We hope to duplicate these dishes at home.More

Had an excellent meal here, one of our best in Spain. Being a vegetarian its difficult to find good options in Barcelona although it has improved in recent years. Gigi Von Tapas had a wide selection to choose from, all of which were well prepared...and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the Mushroom Croquettes, the catalan bread and the Aubergine.More

We had dinner 3 consecutive evenings, we tried almost everything on the menu and the dishes were delicious and healthy. Super super, super recommended! The staff was really friendly and they did their job brilliantly. Couldn’t ask anything else for an informal dinner out!

I organized an Easter Brunch for a large group at gigi's and it was a wonderful experience. The service was wonderful from the get go, with steady communication via email to prepare for a group of 17, and our waitress Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. We...all felt welcome in this warm environment. This was the perfect place for a bunch of kids studying abroad to get together for Easter Brunch. We had some lovely tapas including chicken wings, cheese board and olives, but the highlight were the drunken prawns and gigis fries. They were fantastic and ended up going to firebug as a result. Jenny was super helpful

Gigi's in Barcelona is one of my favourite places to eat while visiting this beautiful city. Brunch is best I've had with lots of choice on the menu. Love the pancakes and have often popped back for some great tapas with a Bloody Mary or...some cocktails in the evening. The staff are always so friendly, just a great vibe to this restaurant. I am looking forward to going back later this year ❤️More

Everything was absolutely perfect, and the recommendated dish (burrata & green gazpacho) was my favorite!
