I love this batch of songs from John. The vinyl sounds nice. Not sure if it’s AAA, but it has more depth than the cd. Sounds really good. So happy this was finally issued on vinyl- My copy is flat, quiet, and sounds good overall (the hype sticker doesn't specify analog or digital source), though pressed mildly off-center on both sides. I hear what sounds like distortion on Prine's vocal on a few tracks (it doesn't seem to be present on the CD version). I'm interested to see if others notice anything.

Apparently this vinyl reissue was pressed at The Vinyl Lab, per Oh Boy in response to an email (as told to me by the person that emailed Oh Boy). I have an original release on Stony Plain. My new webstore version and the Stony Plain release sound the same to me. Also, the new pressing sounds good in terms of surface noise ... no complaints.
