Why attend?

The most significant benefits of coaching are:

- Enhanced Personal and Professional Growth: Coaching provides tailored guidance to help individuals identify their strengths and weaknesses, set personal and professional goals, and develop strategies to achieve these goals. This leads to accelerated growth and improved performance in both personal and work life.
- Improved Self-awareness and Insight: Coaching encourages deep self-reflection, which helps individuals gain a better understanding of their motivations, emotional responses, and behaviors. This heightened self-awareness enables more informed decision-making and fosters more effective interpersonal relationships.

*A week when individuals around the world rally together to increase the visibility, understanding and impact of professional coaching on the world.

The event is held by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals. It aims to promote the art, science, and practice of professional coaching.
