This dvd is essentially the same as one released by ZTT Records in 2000 Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Hard On - Live Portraits [DVD] [2000 ]. If you own that title save you pennies, there is nothing different here bar a few menu changes. That release had very poor sound issues and this one is not much better. Maybe a little less compression and slightly improved volume level. The dilemma is that many of Frankie's videos had mixes that were unique to the format. Therefore it is near impossible to improve or remaster the audio from some of the earlier clips. The quality does improve as you progress to the more recent remix re-releases from '93 onwards but the earlier '80's clips are definitely vintage quality. Also included is some interesting bonus material with reminiscing from the likes of Paul Rutherford, Trevor Horn and Paul Morley but unfortunately no input from front man Holly Johnson. An audio only story by Morley is interesting as is the photo gallery including international sleeves, various press articles and magazine covers. It's a good release to pick up all of the classic Frankie videos in one collection but the poor sound quality really is a let down.

Wegen einem Video hab ich die DVD gekauft. Relax ist 1mal drauf. Das Lied mit dem Frankie goes to Hollywood bekannt geworden ist. Es gab viele Versionen davon. Sonst halten sich die Titel die Tür. Fast von allen Restlichen, gibts 3 Versionen.
