It's really hard to outwit Frank Shamrock. I came in to Alizeus Studios in Los Angeles armed with jokes and Frank essentially told me to shut up or get the [expletive] out. When I told him that I was with MiddleEasy, he fixed me a strawberry cream cheese bagel and asked me if I needed anything. All or part of that story is true, I'll let you guys figure out which part it is.
Today, Frank Shamrock will be attempting to rape Miesha Tate. It's for a rape prevention video people, jeez. When I arrived in the studio, there wasn't much simulated rape going on. Bummer. That's the entire reason why I illegally parked and got a $50 ticket this morning (although, you can find out more of about Miesha Tate's Rape Prevention video here). Instead, Frank Shamrock and I talked about the old school days of MMA when his brother Ken taught everyone in the gym how to kick by smashing their shins in a piece of wood. In was physical trial and error. No one really knew what was going on back in the day. Frank also took the time out to tell me the story of how he upper-cutted a 300lb man's testicles over a bowl of chili. Props to Frank Shamrock for using the term 'Old-Timers'.
