There's a couple of times where she walks in on Frank and Kramer in homoerotic situations, isn't there? The Bro springs to mind.

u/Common_Average2597 avatar

Its called the Manzier!

u/CosmicBonobo avatar

BRO!

Too ethnic.

They were having one of their transvestite parties!

She went out for a quart of milk, came home to find them treating their bodies like an aMYOOSEment park!

We still haven’t finished the first game

You know where it’s going

This was a perfect delivery, with the cigar in his mouth. My favorite line from this scene!

I got a hunch fat man, I can't miss. This table is mine!

I watched this episode this morning and noticed that Frank also has a couch in the room. The pool table probably would have fit a little better (not perfect) without the couch.

u/surmacrew avatar

And turned 90 degrees around. I like the whole joke here but it still feels like an ice pick to my eyes. "There is more room you idiots!"

u/Fair_University avatar

Honestly even just moved two feet to the right would go a long way!

u/surmacrew avatar

Yes! This goes on the "you're making it harder than it could or should be"-list

It's not The Place to Be if there's not a Place to Sit!

Yes but Poppy peed on it. The idea youd have them sitting in urine..

I love it when he struggles to remember it's the place to be

The entire pool sequence was perfect, criminally underrated episode

I like when Frank takes the cue chalk and puts it all over his hands

This table’s mine.

accidentalrenaissance needs this.

u/TheodoreDancin avatar

Fat man, I got a hunch I can't miss.

u/b_ready23 avatar

I always laughed at "Too much sauce." The way he says it haha.

u/karmint1 avatar

There's a goof where you can see her waiting in the hall for her cue to enter.

u/Primary_Pension_4044 avatar

Is it safe to say Frank and Kramer were the absolute best tandem on the show?

The absurdity of cramming a pool table in a small room is one of the more accurate depictions of New York City on the show.

She walked into a Clay Shaw party 😄

u/SoupIsNotAMeal avatar

It’s like a Russ Meyer movie.

A real John Cheever scenario.

When I see this episode I usually have an internal debate whether a bumper pool table would have been funnier or if the full size one is funnier.

u/Common_Average2597 avatar

The window breaking and Kramer falling is making me love the big table

In the late 90s I went to LA and she was on another show. She had to do this one scene where she screamed this one line over and over. "I got the road rage". It's just seared into my brain

u/YardTripper7 avatar

It's a little awkward, but I'm getting used to it

u/recursion8 avatar

Second only to her walking in on Frank and Kramer trying on the Mansierre

u/Select_Anybody1586 avatar

Well, you scared her off. We may NEVER SEE MOM AGAIN!

u/AccurateProgress9977 avatar

One of the highlights of the series!

I never understood why they didn't just put the table in the garage.

u/knightress_oxhide avatar

Bob Cobb?

Oh! I love this piece.

Poor Estelle. Imagine the horrors she has seen. George gratifying himself to a Glamour magazine. Kramer fitting Frank for a manzier. Then, the spectical at The Place to Be.

That poor woman.

My favorite is when Frank hits the ball, on the wrong side he was aiming for, and cuts it (unintentionally) and it literally goes sideways, like 90 degrees.

u/robbwes61 avatar

You know what he's doing now? He's putting a pool table in my old bedroom!!
