- St Louis, MOO'Fallon, Missouri94 contributionsBeautiful, free, water art show! A must see!Music plays outside so you get to hear the music with the fountain show! A great view, up high, is the Bellagio walkway. Go up the Bellagio Hotel escalator to their walking bridge. OR book a hotel room here with the view of the fountains. Then you can enjoy them any time!! AND they play the music on a TV station in your room! BRILLIANT!Visited March 2023Written March 25, 2023
- The Baobab RepublicBangkok, Thailand382 contributionsLas VegasLas Vegas at night is truly the most amazing place on Earth you can imagine. Strolling on streets filled with colored lights, crowded traffic, and countless hotels, casinos big and small, everywhere. Among them, there is a water music project at Bellagio Hotel and Casino. It is wonderful to stand here in the evening and experience the musical composition mixed with skillfully controlled water flows.Visited November 2022Traveled as a coupleWritten March 30, 2023
- sainbashaIrvine, California2,794 contributionsPretty and colourfulAmongst the normal hustle bustle on the strip in Vegas, the fountains at Bellagio are an excellent change. The fountains are beautiful and the scenes overall, specially at night time are awesome. Very colourful and picturesque. Normally if you are just walking on the street, once the fountains start, you will notice everyone stops to watch. The fountains in action were caught on video which cannot be posted here, putting pics for ambience. A good 15 minute activity.Visited March 2023Traveled with friendsWritten April 15, 2023
- yitz10Fort Lee, New Jersey40 contributionsunique light showBeautiful light and water show. Free. every half hour. About 7 minutes long. The water shoots up unexpectedly in graceful patterns. Better to see it from street level than from the hotel balcony, one floor up.Visited May 2023Written May 15, 2023
- Stephen HAustin, Texas15 contributionsGreat fountain displayThis is one of the best things in Vegas. We watched it during the day and at night. Night is the best with the lights working with the fountains. The music seems to change each time. We even videoed it from the top of the Eiffel Tower. They did a great job with it. Not too long and not to short. Exciting to watch.Visited May 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten May 20, 2023
- Lady KimberlyKnoxville, Tennessee2 contributionsLonging for fresh airI think I would’ve enjoyed the fountains more if there was not so much CBD smoking, and pot smells everywhere. As a non-smoker it was hard to breathe in much of Vegas. It felt kind of dirty actually. The fountains were beautiful. It lit up an area that really needed it. The music compilation was perfect.Visited May 2023Traveled with friendsWritten May 24, 2023
- Grover RPensacola, Florida18,062 contributionsA Vegas Must See on the Strip, but Not Necessarily #1We stayed across the street at the Paris Las Vegas so our first night we walked the street and saw the fountains. I mean there were nice to see but I did not think they were the #1 thing to do in Las Vegas. Don't get me wrong, definitely go by to see them. A show is like 5-10 minutes and it is absolutely something you want to see. It just was not my favorite thing about Las Vegas.Visited March 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten May 31, 2023
- Britt GMuscatine, Iowa46 contributionsThe beautiful fountain!!This is a great free show to watch during the day or at night! It is beautiful every time! I can tell you how many time I watched it during our stay. We could also watch it from our Planet Hollywood hotel room!!Visited June 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten June 8, 2023
- thekidwonagainSulphur Springs, Texas86 contributionsNighttime At The Bellagio FountainThe wife and I flew in to LV to meet another couple for 5days. Planned to see this attraction for many years. Very impressive piece of entertainment. The fountain moves to music. It runs all day every 15 mins or sot. The night time visual is better. Very Very crowed down there. People leaving an arriving. A must see.Visited May 2023Written June 10, 2023
- Rob SNew Orleans, Louisiana333 contributionsBest free attraction in VegasWow, the fountains are amazing...best free attraction in Las Vegas. There are shows every 15 minutes after dark and worth it. The music and fountains are in coordinated together, it is like the water dances to the music.Visited June 2023Traveled with familyWritten June 13, 2023

This fountain show is awesome... always different, and always refreshed from year to year. Breathtaking views - huge fountains and classic music.

I hope you find this VERY HELPFUL. There are always a lot of people on the street in front of the show, but it is a lot of fun. There were several characters you could take your picture with. My wife got a picture with Olaf from Frozen, and our son was so jealous. It was hilarious. Its a fun stop and a lot of great stuff to do all around.

A long walk, but worth it. Make sure to get there a little early so you can get a spot with a good view.

If you miss seeing the light show at the Bellagio Fountains while in Vegas, then what are you doing? You are doing Vegas wrong if you don't stop and watch this. Shows are held intermittenly throughout the evening and truly are a can't-miss attraction.

Spectacular and free. Different music and sequences each time we went. Crowded and fun. As others have said- it must look stunning from the Eiffel tower opposite.

Always great to see, I haven't been to Vegas in years, you forget how nice they are to see. We are staying at the hotel, it nice to see from the room and have the music come through the TV.

These fountains are awe inspiring! Brief but worth watching as they seemingly dance to music. See from the street, restaurants or your room!

The water show is easily viewed from all along the front of the hotel and many restaurants from inside the Bellagio. Only lasts a few minutes but reoccurs every 15 minutes or so.

Hi!
do you have any information on how the fountain will be available during October? You will be building a grandstand in front of the hotel to watch F1.
Thank you

I know the fountains were available on both my trips but there were no grandstands. Have you asked the hotel?

April 1 2022-I'm reading the Bellagio Fountains are temporarily closed and hoping this is not an April Fools' joke-Are they stopped? If so when will they restart the fountains? planning to visit but will change hotels if the fountains are not running

sometimes they stop them temporarily if the weather is not good. (it states that on their website) It was storming when we were there in March, and I think they only missed one or 2 sessions.

Is there a ‘better’ place to view the fountain show?
econotraveller41
Houston, TX338 contributions
Better than in front of it? I supposed you could go up on one of the crossovers nearby and get a less crowded view, but making your way to the fountain AFTER one show ends will usually get you a great view if you don't mind waiting 15 mins.

We have seen the fountains & they’re beautiful. But, how is the hotel; rooms, restaurants etc. now/today after being closed due to COVID?

Hotels are charging resort fees but you can’t take advantage of the pools and workout rooms without advanced appointments. So it’s better to find hotels without the fees. Staffing is low in number and it takes awhile to get things delivered to room.

We have a handicapped person who wants to see the fountains. Where can we park where the walk is not too far

I would say park at the Paris. It has the best View. To be honest, just park in the paris hotel garage. It is FREE during this covid pandemic. And its RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET.😁

Is there an anticipated re-start date for the fountains as Vegas reopens? Thanks!
Shantanu55

Las Vegas is slated to open in early June but expect big changes and restrictions and new rules in all activities. Specifically about the Bellagio fountains, you could reach out to the hotel directly about its re-starting date.
