Manuel Lorenzo Ávila Alvarado is a 25-year-old man who was imprisoned for harm and theft.
He escaped from El Libertador Prison in Tocuyito, Venezuela, on March 13.
When visiting hours ended at around 02.00 in the afternoon, he put on some clothes and a wig to look like a woman.
Even though he was dark-skinned, he managed to trick the guards. The guard thought he was a blonde woman.
Prison cameras caught him walking out with a group of real women. Strangely, the guards didn't notice.
Ávila had just been transferred to Tocuyito prison from another prison in the state.
It is believed his girlfriend helped him escape.
Both are still missing even though the police are looking for them.
She wanted to leave immediately after waking up from the anesthesia.
