Maybe it was done before the 15 mths rule ? Din see when she moved...

Or she can sign a 15 mths rental contract..

Very sad to be able to purchase the hdb at only after 35. If there wasn't such rule, she would have made that purchase earlier already

After this 15 months, he introduced a longer wait out like 3 years for pte property owners to sell n buy resale HDB…

Life is already hard with their gst gst water electricity fuel etc increases.

who is he to deny us our choice to downgrade to HDB to help mitigate the high cost of living caused by them…

From one financial hardship pushes to another… with no chance to help ourselves financially…

Is he even aware ?

Sure he doesn’t. He has it so ez, so cushy just increase this increase that…

Should leave us free to plan our finances…

Absd for second and third properties are rich people….

For owners with one pte property, he shouldn’t and can’t dash their only hope to plan to downgrade for a healthy finances…

If he is listening, wake up your idea!

You have no right to stop owners with one pte property to downgrade to HDB by punishing them with long wait out to buy resale HDB. While waiting out, their $ will dry up in paying high rental and by the time they quality to buy, HDB resale prices might be beyond their means having exhausted it in leasing n paying for high cost of living here, on home ground, sarbo by your own demon who is appointed to help but he didn’t.

Not buying your bto, using their $ to buy resale HDB…

That should be 10 months after purchasing the resale HDB. There is a 15 month wait out period after selling their private property before being eligible to purchase resale public housing.

Correction please. It is 30 months wait out period, not three years, to buy subsidised public housing. For resale public housing the wait out period is 15 months.
