Justin Drew Bieber is a Canadian pop-R&B singer. Bieber was discovered in 2008 by Scooter Braun, who happened across Bieber's videos on YouTube and later became his manager. My Initial Reaction
So it was birthday, you know a day when I am supposed to be happy, and I am opening all my presents to see this piece of shit book staring right up at me.

I threw it out.

Literally, I took the book and proceeded to walk to the garbage bin nearest to me and throw out the book. More on impulse I did this before realizing that I threw out a book written by Justin Bieber.

A book by Justin Bieber

A BOOK BY JUSTIN BIEBER!!!!!!

After I laughed an unhealthy amount, I took the book out of the trash, and thought 'what the hell', why not? Let me laugh at all the grammar errors and the idiocity of the "teen superstar". Let me draw mustaches on his face and then start laughing again.

Yes, I am immature. Whatever, it made my day!

I mean - seriously? Justin Bieber thinks he can write? A book? Yeah, I didn't read it back then, I mainly drew on his face. But today, I saw it at the bottom of my closet and with nothing better to do I opened it up and read.

After Reading
Okay, so it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. This book is obviously written for his stalkers fans.

I thought it was an okay little story so I gave it 1 star to be generous because I have seen worse.

But seriously? I felt like I just read his entire movie. I mean c'mon, how much money does he want to earn? I see his face EVERYWHERE I go! Even on some Proactive commercial.

That's a low Mr.Bieber. An all-time low.

I saw this on Goodreads
I was just browsing Goodreads and then I saw this!

THIS WAS LABELLED AS A BOOK! A BOOK! A BOOOOOOOOOOOOOK!

This is in no way considered a book. More like a marketing scheme to make little girls spend their tooth fairy money on. Not a book which is on the same site with Shakespeare and Jane Austin. Just no.

I felt like telling Justin Bieber

*Sob* I thought Goodreads was the only Justin-Bieber-free zone but I guess I'm wrong.

Summary
I'll try to sell this book even though I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Are you looking for ...

a) Something to make you laugh at the idiots in the world?
b) Something to scare your friends away with?
c) Something to deface
d) Something to hit and unleash all your anger on?

Well then I got the book for you! Make sure to buy "Fist Step 2 Forever"

A book by Justin Bieber

Wait for it to sink in

Wait for it

*Uncontrollable laughter*

Never know how much I love you,
never know how much i care.
When you put your arms around me
I give you Bieber that's so hard to bear.

You give me Bieber
when you kiss me,
Bieber when you hold me tight.
Bieber in the morning
Bieber all through the night.

Sun lights up the day time,
moon lights up the night.
I light up when you call my name
and you know I'm gonna treat you right.

You give me Bieber
when you kiss me,
Bieber when you hold me tight.
Bieber in the morning
Bieber all through the night.

Everybody's got the Bieber,
that is something you all know.
Bieber isn't such a new thing,
Bieber started long ago.

Romeo loved Juliet,
Juliet, she felt the same.
When he put his arms around her
he said, "Julie baby, you're my flame."

Now give me Bieber
when we're kissing,
Bieber with that flame in you.
Bieber, I'm a fire!
Bieber, yeah I burn for you.

Captain Smith and Pocahontas
had a very mad affair.
When her daddy tried to kill him
she said, "Daddy, oh don't you dare."

He gives me Bieber
with his kisses,
Bieber when he holds me tight.
Bieber!
I'm his misses,
Daddy won't you treat him right?

Now you listened to my story,
here's the point that I have made:
Chicks were born to give you Bieber,
be fair and have a sense of game.

They give you Bieber
when you kiss them,
Bieber if you really learned.
Bieber!
Till you're sizzling,
but what a lovely way to burn.

But what a lovely way to burn.
But what a lovely way to burn.
But what a lovely way to burn.

What the actual flying fuck is this?

I mean, really, what is this thing? Do we needed to see this not-male looking face even at book stores? DO WE NEEDED THIS?

I can't stand his stupid music, neither his stupid and marketable lyrics full of nonsense. And the girls actually believe he's so yabba-dabba, kind, gorgeous and yibbidy-dabbidy-do. So, just so you know my precious little things... He does this for money. All of what he does, it's to increase his popularity. No, he's not the awesometastic guy who cares so much about his fans and loves all of them and etcetera. No, no. He's a commercial product designed for your fangirling needs.

Stepping to the... Err, book. I can't take this seriously. Just... No. All the classics must be staring at this teen-y cover and may want to throw themselves away.

So, lets imagine that were books, okay? Poor books. REAL books. Not this piece of horrid marketing from an unbearable teen idol.

You, girls, boys, teens, adults, I don't care... All of you that adore Justin Bieber and think this is the most awesome book ever. Go and read actually real books, well written books, with interesting stories. Books with great cultural value and not just monetary value. And remember, my dears, we are all immersed in a consumer society and this book is just a part of it. It's just a product designed by clever people who knew that millions of fangirling teens would buy it, getting themselves and JB richer than they already were.

For the short hours I spent reading about the pop star, there was never a dull moment that made me want to put it down and quit reading. You should know that I've always been a Bieber fan, but never a Belieber until finishing this book. This book had a positive impact on me, this book isn't only about Justin's story along the way he does give some valuable advice that I will try to never forget.

Justin tells his story from the beginning, his birth, childhood, early teen years, and how You Tube changed his life. We see a different side of Justin in this book. He's not the cocky guy we thought he was after all he does have genuine feelings for his family, the people, and God. It shows how he didn't come from a rich home with no problems he did have many struggles like any other person. We see a humble side to Justin in that he never really planned to get famous, it just came to him when he uploaded videos of himself singing on You Tube.

Believe it or not the writing style is super interesting. It goes to prove celebrities can write as good any other author. His sense of humor is shown so much that I feel like I know him. I saw nothing cliched about it, everything was original and well though-out. The few words of advice he gives are almost life-changing (to me). He encourages readers to be keep doing the things you're not good at cause eventually you will be, to believe in yourself and to never let the criticism stop you, that you don't have to come from a rich family to make your dream come true, and the best dating advice as he calls it to "just listen" on a date, among others. You learn so much. About him, and yourself.

There's nothing to complain about, this book gives readers and fans a deep inside look into Justin's life. This is a must for Bieber fans, even for the haters so they can see the real Justin. After finishing this book, I felt like I had lost a friend, for sure I'll be re-reading this a thousand times. It's overflowed with inspiration and encouragement for teens to follow their dreams and never say never! (From now on I'm going to follow my dream!!)

"YOU HAVE TO LET YOURSELF DO STUFF YOU'RE NOT GOOD AT."

I started reading the book and hit that line and whole paragraph on page 52 and 53. Since then I had been thinking "God, let's go on read this book!". I couldn't believe it's a Stratford little boy wrote it. But it is really him!

I don't care for you people who like him or not, never judge book by it's cover. He has some stories that worth to be told and, for us, worth-reading. There may be many people at big numbers that don't like him in big numbers. And they just keep saying "I don't wanna read that book, ever!" just because it's B-I-E-B-E-R wrote it! Hey fellas, stop being jerk. He's not that bad at writing. In fact, he wrote well! Surprise, surprise? He did!

Well, like Ellen DeGeneres always says: It doesn't matter if you like him or not, you're belieber or not, you gotta give this book a shot! Like I said: he has some worth-telling stories that are worth-reading.

Never say never!

I’m not a Justin Bieber fan, but I do recognize that his situation is unique. To rise to such stardom virtually overnight, in the most media-frenzied, paparazzi-ed age of all, is no mean feat and makes for a good story. So I picked up this book thinking it might make an interesting read.
It wasn’t.

More than a story, this reads like a chronology of facts (first this happened, then that happened, then I said that and he said this). Plus, there are constant interruptions to the actual text. Pictures. Tweet-quotes. Big bold headliner quotes that appear every few pages. Too much to ask that you read every word? Don’t worry, we’ll feed you the headliners so you can quote than and pretend you read it cover to cover.

Most of all, I didn’t feel like I got to know the person writing at all, so the whole point of calling this an autobiography was lost on me. Hell, I felt like I got to know him better in last month's Rolling Stone feature. Little content, no depth, unimaginative boring language. There wasn’t a lot to work with. To give you an example of what you’re in for, here’s a word-by-word quote of Bieber describing how he met his two principle dancers: “At first I didn’t know if I wanted them to be part of my wolf pack. But as soon as I go to know them, I definitely wanted them to be part of my wolf pack.” End quote. I kid you not.

It dawned on me towards the end that maybe this wasn’t meant to be a book as much as a fan manual. The “I like” section was a give away: Bullet-pointed conversation tips for what you should or shouldn’t ask Justin, prefaced by ‘Here are some of the questions that will get an actual conversation going for me.’ Thanks Justin, we’ll be sure to learn them up before the next concert.

As an artist, Justin Bieber has achieved a lot, and I’m not trying to take away from any of that. I’m not here passing value judgement on him as a person or his music. I’m just saying: He’s no writer. So consider this note a statutory warning: don’t read this book.

Walking around Wal-mart, I see the most amazing face cover on the front cover of some sort of reading item. Was it a calendar? Was it a magazine? NO. In fact it was the Justin Bieber book! Yes, finally someone comes up with a whole story based on him although there was a movie about him. Thinking on how thick this book was I thought I would never finish it! Well I was wrong, in fact I actually finished it within a week. I not only loved this book because it told me his background stories, but because it came with extra bonus stuff like stickers and posters! I mean two for one right there. Reading throughout the book I felt inspired because he directly uses some quotes from his songs and tells the audience in what he actually meant and thought while writing them. I also learned many new things about him like what's his favorite candy which is Sour Patch Kids in case you didn’t know and what the date and time that he was born in which is March 1, 1994 at 12:56 am in Stratford Ontario in Canada. Yes I know I’m that crazy about him but hey that's just what fans do. I also liked this book a lot because it had pictures in which not many books have in them anymore. Although this was a childish book it sure had much reading to it by having over 200 pages! If I had a chance to re read this, I would gladly read it again. It was such a great story based on his life and seeing all the little secrets he shared was quite interesting. Overall I recommend this for all those girls who have “Bieber Fever” and hope that they would feel the same just like me!

if u dont like justin at all, i dont get why you would even read it let alone bother to write a review. and writing a review without reading it makes your review pointless and invalid anyway. i know people think differently than i do but more ppl should think like me and dont be haters and think they are so cool.

i really enjoyed this book. im not as big a fan of justin as i used to be, i kind of outgrew him a bit, but its still one of my favorite books. it reminded me of why i loved him so much(and still do). i like how its so encouraging and almost makes people believe anything is possible.

i dont know if he actually wrote this, i'm assuming it was a ghostwriter that wrote it based on what he said. but it does sound like him. his personality shows through the pages-he seems honest and real and fun. his high spirits (and no im not talking drugs) are very contagious. and i love the quotes about letting yourself do stuff you're not good at and scooter's quote about choosing to live in a positive place and ignoring the crap other people say. you can make fun of me for taking advice from a "teen fad" but its a motto to live by. its a quote that can help people get up and do something of their lives.

in the book, he seems like an amazing person with a lot of qualities, he's funny and fun loving, he's sweet and caring, he's outgoing and positive, and many other good things. but even then he still seems like a regular guy. he isnt perfect. he says he comes off as cocky at times, talks about pranking ppl and doing bratty things like trashing the basement and being sent to principals office. but hes okay with his flaws, because he says god forgives everyone 6 hundred times a day and doesnt go around busting their heads about it.
the writing is a bit juvenile and at times he seems a bit illiterate and ditzy but it doesnt make him any less likable to me. hes a sweetheart. and hes talented too, but more than that, hes hard working and tries his best. talent is nothing without effort and hard work.

he also talks about some music he likes and that made go listen to the songs and artists he mentions, which i appreciate because i usually just listen to whatevers on the radio.

some parts get a little boring, when he talks about the technicities of the show or learning to play instruments and all that shiz. but thats the only complaint i have, i loved this book and it left me wanting more.

im not sure it deserves 5 stars, but im giving them anyway to compensate for all the annoying haters. i dont understand how anyone could hate him if they read this book.

oh, and i almost forgot, there are also tons of great pics: I thought the one with him jumping on the air (that hes wearing a black shirt, black pants and his red supras) was really cool. and theres lots of eye candy for the fans since he looks so cute and pretty in many of them

i might not be as obssesed and stalkery anymore but i'll always remember justin as my biggest celebrity crush and idol and i will always enjoy reading this book. i still think hes one of the most beautiful people that exist, inside and out, regardless of what others say. good job justin-and the ghostwriter

The first thing you feel is its weight in your hands, which screams, "this is an important book." "First Step 2 Forever" is a hardcover, multi-colored monstrosity that clocks in at 240 pages... half of which feature full-page pictures of the 16-year-old Bieber. This should please the majority of his pint-sized fans, who are looking for nothing more than a visual companion to Bieber's equally sugar-coated albums.

There's no way to accurately convey the inherent absurdity in reading a memoir written by someone who is only 16 years old. I'm reminded of this Friedrich Nietzsche quote: "Gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you." In many ways, "First Step 2 Forever" compares to Anne Frank's diary, but the comparison ends at their young ages. At least in my opinion.

Bieber spends an inordinate amount of time talking about girls. As he writes in big letters that fill an entire page: "I really like... girls... girls... girls... girls... girls... girls... girls..." But don't peg him as a one-trick pony: "There are lots of things I really like besides girls. Like pizza.... And CHUCK NORRIS." And boy does he ever love Chuck Norris, whose name appears in all caps every time he's mentioned.

He also likes "pranking," which, if the pictures are to be believed, consists of shooting his friends and bandmates with a giant super-soaker water gun. No, I don't get it either. One of those, "You had to be there" things. Or maybe you can be there, when Bieber takes over hosting duties on MTV's Punk'd for Ashton Kutcher.

Bieber even takes a few pages to debunk some rumors that have apparently been swirling online about him:

* Im not dead. I had to check on this one... but it turns out Im alive
* Im not Peter Pan... Im growing up and my voice will change...
* I am not 10 feet tall and I dont shoot fire balls from my a**... that was BraveHeart
* No CHUCK NORRIS is not my real father... although he did birth to Hercules

Those aren't my grammatical or spelling errors, by the way. The book simply reproduces many of Bieber's Tweets without fixing them for grammar or spelling. Will anyone really care? Doubtful.

In a few places, Bieber slows down the breakneck pace of his young life to wax poetic on the state of the North American family circa 2010. "If you feel like a freak because you don't have a normal family, I've got news for you: pretty much nobody does," he writes in one moving chapter about his own family.

In one sentence, he says pretty much what took Jonathan Franzen 576 pages to say in "The Corrections" -- more or less. Could "First Step 2 Forever" be the next Oprah Book Club pick?

If you're looking for a behind-the-scenes rock-n-roll biography, pick up Nikki Sixx's "The Heroin Diaries." If you want the world's most narcissistic high school yearbook, however, "First Step 2 Forever" is your new bicycle.

I skimmed this book belonging to my granddaughter. It's a rather superficial glance at a young celebrity who, I discovered for the first time, is a best selling recording star. As you can tell I've never listened to his music. There are a lot of photographs and mostly first person accounts of his experiences. But not much in depth. But then he is only 16 or 17 years old. He has nice things to say about his family, and other celebrity musicians he's worked with including Taylor Swift, grieves over the death of Michael Jackson who he greatly admires, and lets us know that his parents were teenagers when he was born, and their marriage didn't last very long. However he is a Canadian and Canada has given us many fine musicians including Leonard Cohen, Bruce Cockburn, and Alanis Morrisette, so maybe there hope for this person after the celebrity phase wears off.

Justin Bieber: The TRUE autobiography

Hello teen or tweenage girl reading this. For the next few minutes you will undergo an activity using your brain that is called 'reading'. See? You just read that. Amazing what the mind can do, isn't it? Yes I know you're amazed. You will continue to undergo this process of reading as more and more words appear, which are built up of things called 'letters' which you might have heard about in Kindergarten.

This is a story about the latest musical sensation, Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber, with his girlish good looks, awkwardly windswept gelled-beyond-death hair, and ultra-masculine voice. His whole exterior screams puberty having just being run over by a truck full of manure. And his child-like posterior, voice and appearance have aroused millions around the world, causing convulsion of ecstasy not only in middle-aged pedophiles, but awoken the pedophile within teenage girls.

Justin Bieber came from a pristine, money pumped upbringing, where his only tragedy has been a hairdo that has yet to look like his blind hairstylist gave him an awkward bowl cut, because not until he scored that awkward bowl cut did he charm the world as much as he does now. He scored any girl he wanted, with abstinence of course, and grew up just being so damn perfect.

His parents are lovely, pristine people who ensured Justin's diet to be full of nutritious age and growth stunting pills which he was force-fed daily, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Even now that Justin Bieber is technically 'legal' (for all you lucky ladies and gents out there) he still sticks to his pill diet whole heartedly, as insured by his image and metal baseball bat wielding family. I don't know if he has any siblings, and I also don't give a fuck.

One day, Justin's parents shoved their medically deformed child into the hands of some corporate machine, who then thought of the brilliant idea that this man-child was to become the greatest musical sensation in the history of the world. For some reason he was well received by the far too large population of moronic twats who find soul in Fergie's 'London bridge'.

Why has Justin Bieber become such a sensation? Nobody knows, only his metal baseball bat wielding parents, and his corporate scumbag agency who shove him down our throats 24/7 know the secrets.

Molly wanted this for her birthday. I told her that it would be more reasonable to ask for a live pterodactyl from me. Oh, and justin, sweetie, 2 and two are completely different things. It's ok, sometimes I make silly spelling errors too when I'm on my period. Mydol messes with your head.

Justin Bieber. What a familiar name. HOPEFULLY everyone knows who that is! If you haven't by now, you must live in a cave! Justin Bieber's autobiography, First Step 2 Forever, was one of those books I finished in only a day! This was probably prone to the fact that i am a HUGE fan with Bieber Fever but it was also because of his fascinating story. There were also many pictures of him throughout the book which i caught myself staring at for mintues. Obsessive? OF COURSE NOT. Honestly though, I loved the way he described how his whole career started and what life was like before fame. The way he caught the reader in with his sense of humor and interesting things about himself was probably why this book was such a successful sell. Being a Bieber fan, I already knew a lot about him but I didn't know many things that he stated in his book. He has become a worldwide sensation and the way he described this to all the fans really let us know how much he appreciates how far he's gotten. He always mentions how thankful he is for his fans and that if it weren't for their help, he would be a regular kid right now. His passion and determination towards music truly shows and is inspiring to listen to. I never get tired of reading or watching him tell how amazing this roller coaster has been for him. Being famous has its ups and downs but he truly seems to have the will and character to try his best to keep it together. As a girl who couldn't live without music, I look up to Justin Bieber and fall in love with him again and again when I see him singing so gracefully.

This book is one of the best books in the world. Justin Bieber has inspired a great number of kids around the world. He is such a small town boy with a touchng story. I don't see how anyone, including guys, could read this book and not be a fan of Justin Bieber. Even if they aren't a fan of his music, you must be a fan of his personality after reading this. I learned all about his life and how he went through ups and downs. The book talked about when things were good and when things were bad and how he has gotten through his life with such great success. He inspires people with this book and his key quote known all around the world, "Never say never." I would reccommend this book to everyone, including guys. I can only think of a few people in this world that wouldn't like this book, but they are guys and it would be because they are jealous. In all honesty, all guys are just jealous of Justin Bieber because he is an amazing person and artist who has THOUSANDS of girls all over him. Long story short, this is forever and always one of my favorite books of all time.

I absolutely loved this book. It really showed where Justin Bieber came from and the conditions that he grew up in. I despise people that hate on him because they have absolutely no idea where he came from. This book tells how he grew up in a very rough place. It tells about how his dad left him and his mom just 2 months after Justin was born. Justin and his mom Pattie have a very, very strong relationship. Justin and his dad Jeremy also have a strong relationship, but his dad doesn't go on tour with Justin like Pattie does. This book goes into depth on the different struggles Justin went through to get to where he is today. Justin taught himself how to play the drums, piano, guitar, and trumpet at just two years old. Justin never took any vocal lessons or anything. Justin came from a musical background. His mom Pattie was on broadway and Jeremy was a very good musician. Justin was discovered by Scooter Braun at the age of 13. When Justin and his mom were flown to Atlanta from Ontario, Canada Justin actually met Usher. Justin couldn't tell any of his friends about it because they had no idea Justin could sing. They always knew him to be the sporty guy. He was the lead man on his hockey team. He had so many medals for hockey, soccer, basketball, and baseball. He had his own room at his grandparents house from all of his trophies he has gotten. Justin has such a great sense of humor. He tries to make the best out of everything he does. He tries making people laugh and he loves popping jokes out at random times. I really like the way he wrote this book. He wrote it with an interesting form, and he also added in some little pictures on pages to show you what he was talking about. He put in a lot of discription on things. He also followed order. He started out from where he came from and ended up with the last line of the book "As Usher walked to the stage he told me, "This here kid, is only your first step to forever." It was a very good book. Now I'm excited for his 3D movie!

Well... I think this book was literally AMAZING! Not just because I LOVE Justin Bieber, but because this book was written by him in a teenagers perspective! Which I totally LOVED!

If you like to here about life stories *especially Justin's...(:* than you will LOVE this book. I would consider this book to mostly only teenage girls, but guys who like Justin can read it too if they want! This book consists of Drama, Action, and a life story about a regular kid becoming the latest hit sensation, with millions of fans, Just from being Discovered on Youtube! Most people know that he was discovered on YouTube, but this book goes in to detail about every, single, little detail you can imagine that happened to Justin Which made this book VERY good!

I honestly didn't dislike anything about this book, because I am a fan too, and I enjoyed a life story like his! But for the people that don't like the way kids talk, or how they act than you might not enjoy this book, because it could get boring at times hearing about what he was up too at the time. Also you would probably not like this book if you don't find bibliography's interesting!

I would absolutely recommend this book too people if they feel like the good comments I mentioned above sound like there kind of book! It truly is an amazing story, and its very cool to think that a kid coming from that such of a small town in Canada can be so big of a superstar that he is now! Dreams really do come true! (:

I loved this book!! I don't only say this just because i'am a Bieber fan. I say this because this book was written by him, his own words, it really shows his infamous side of him, his regular self. He uses good words and made goods jokes, cause u wouldn't want to read a book like this without a tiny bit of laughter that's just not fun! But its Justin that wrote this book, no one else so of course its going to be funny, happiness, tears, heartbreaking but that's what makes a book this good. U have to catch the reader attention and make the reader never want to finish read the book and i think that's exactly what Justin did.
I loved it and i recommend others to read it, and not just the Bieber fans but those that don't know him. You might be surprised of what you find out about Justin Bieber. You might change your mind about him; like how sweet of a teenage kid he is, he just like every other teenage boys out there. He very caring and thoughtful and a cheerful person:)

So goo! and read this book NOW!!!!!

Oh Boy. I could write a review 12 pages long about this book if I wanted to. Something happened to me when I read this book that had never happened before. I started to get really sad when I was about to finish the book. LIke my journey with Justin Bieber was about to end. I know this sounds crazy, but this book really brings you in and you really get to know Justin Bieber. I was actually so sad to finish this book that I didn't read the last page for like 2 weeks. I knew I could read it all over again, but it just wouldn't be the same. There are a lot of people out there that really don't like him, but I think if they were forced to read this book, they would realize how inspiring and how hard he has worked to get to where he is now. Although I am a physco Bieber fan, I think anybody would enjoy this book. :)

Justin Bieber: First step 2 forever: My story has 236 pages and was published in 2010. Justin Bieber is the main character he is very hot, funny, nice, and amazing. The story takes place in Canada and the United States. Justin Bieber does a singing competition. He has some family and friends that were not able to to come and watch him so his mother videoed him. They put it up on YouTube so they could watch it. Then people really like it. This guy Scooter Braun called him and talked about him having a record deal now Scooter is his agent. Justin Bieber is very famous! He makes a lot of money and is one of the biggest singing artists ever!

This is one of my favoite books that I have read this year. I would give a scale of a 10, because it has a ton of information on Justin Bieber, it has pictures of him, and it also tells his real story and what stuff he goes through.
I liked how this book made me laugh while I was reading cause it shoes how Justin is funny. Also I liked how it would show you some of the stuff the he would put on twitter, and some stuff that he put on youtube.I thought that that was cool.
Another thing that I liked was how it showed personal stuff like his driving permit and how letters from different fans come in.I liked how it showed some of his friends speaking, like helping him out trying to get him through the problem. Also I thought that this was neat, how it showed how close he is with some of his workers and voice coach.
One thing that I didn't like was how long the chapters were, to me they dragged on a little. The chapters were like thirty pages long, it got annoying.
Another thing that I didn't like was the way it ended, because it was alright but I was just hoping for a better type of ending.
I would recommend this book to whoever is a Justin Bieber fan and wants to learn more about him.
The thing that I liked the most was the pictures inside the book, because they were so up close and then were great pictures of Justin.
As you can see I realy liked this book , and I couldn't put it down I think that everybody should read this book, because it might change their mind about Justin Bieber.
I hope that everybody can read it.

Going into reading this book, I didn't know how much I would enjoy it. I was surprised that this was actually a great book. Even though, I haven't read many biographies, this is probably the best one I've read.

The first thing I want to share is my favorite part. It had to have been when Justin was performing for "Stratford Star". This is basically a singing competition like American Idol that took place in his hometown. I felt nervous for him because he was my age and it was his first time performing publicly. He didn't end up winning, but I still loved it because I could relate to him reflecting on the first time I performed publicly.

A theme that is represented throughout the story is, even though it sounds cheesy, never say never. You find out when you read this book that Justin didn't get this amazing opprotunity handed to him. He had to work hard to get where he is today. Sure, sometimes he would fall down, but what's important is that he got back up. What he's trying to tell people is that he was just a normal kid. If he can do what he did, so can the readers.

The last great quality to this book I noticed was the voice. Justin is literally just telling his story. The conversational tone makes the book interactive and being able to become a part of the story is a great quality to have in a book. I enjoyed the book a lot more because I felt like one of his friends when I was reading it.

Overall, I loved this book. As a musician, I especially enjoyed it because it was almost a "How to get Famous for Dummies". I would recommend this book to musicians and anyone who is in the mood to hear an uplifting success story.
