We were hopeful that past reviews re: slow service were not indicative of the Final Cut but, we were wrong. Good food, (not great) and clean accommodations were there, it just took too long to get served. Moreover, it wasn’t busy at all on a Friday night (red flag) With all the good choices around Columbus in this category we likely have made our final trip to the Final Cut!

The Final Cut restaurant is an excellent place to relax while enjoying a fabulous meal. The ambiance is so laid back, and the service is unmatched. My wife and I go there on our Feb 14th anniversary every year. We would highly recommend it.

We arrived on time although we wasn't seated until 20 minutes later. Once seated we were served a glass of water. 35 minutes later a waiter finally showed up to take our order, We ordered but didn't get served until 35 minutes later, at this point we should have left. This was the worst service we have ever experianced. We both ordered steak with one side each, baked potato was cold. Steak wasn't worth $45.00 From the time of arrival till we left it took three hours for two people to have dinner. We do NOT recommend The Final Cut

Our reservations were for 7:30, and we did not see a bit of food until after 9:00pm. If you are that short-staffed, you should either shut your doors or comp some food.

Food was excellent, the environment was great to have a good dinner with good company, the servers were great and polite, but seemed to be understaffed. The wait for drinks and food was pretty long. Quality of food was worth the dine.

I have been here several times and Saturday 1/27/2024 was by far the worst quality steaks. My companion and I ordered the ribeye, and both of us had a hard time chewing them. It was disappointing. Our waitress was great, and made the experience better. The appetizer was really good and the sides were excellent.

The dining room was lovely and tables were nice and big for group settings. Our waiter was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Our food was also delicious, albeit pricey for what you get. I do think it's a great place to dine when you need a break from the casino.

Overall good experience, but I didn't feel special. Staff did their jobs, but didn't go above and beyond. Food was good and fair priced. I'd try it again if at the casino, but wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

Service was wonderful however the food for the first time was mediocre so we were kind of disappointed because every time we’ve eaten thee before it was wonderful. Perhaps the chef was either new or having a bad day

I’ve said before that this place went downhill a few years ago. It has definitely bounced back. Salads good. Entrees great (pork chop/salmon) and good wine selection. Hassan is as first rate a server as you’ll get in Columbus.

Took almost one hour for a group of 4 us to get our food, drink refills were slow and we sat with our empty dishes on the table for a while without our server coming back over.

The service was decent, our waitress was attentive and courteous. They were out of dry aged steaks but the steak we ordered "rare with a push" was perfectly cooked. They special prepared a vegetarian dish (removed the seafood and added Brussel sprouts) but charged full price, which would have been fine had they alerted us in advance as we would have got the seafood on the side since we were paying for it. Compared to other steakhouses, it felt overpriced for the selection and quantity.

We had the charcuterie board for appetizer, the filet with Oscar toppings and baked potato and Brussels sprouts. Everything looked great. The board was wonderful. The food however was a little too salty for me and the rest of my group. The waitress however was very attentive and gave us a piece of chocolate cake. If was scrumptious!

Everything was very nice. There was a group waiting to be seated that was extremely loud near our booth. This was very disturbing for 10-15 minutes. Food was very good. Had the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp feature appetizer - delicious. Wedge Salad was very well presented and a nice portion. Delmonico Steak was fantastic and the Filet was very good as well. Wasn't able to eat all of the filet as it was undercooked. Side potato orders were enjoyed as well. Service was very good. So, all in all we had a very enjoyable dinner minus the noisy people waiting to be seated that should have gathered in the lobby and not near our booth and the restrooms!

First sat down and a man was feeding his service dog off his fork, took 15 mins to.even get water and other patrons got water as.soon as they sat down....food came out about 45 mins after ordering, and got my appetizer the same time as main meal was served...had to ask after about 15 mins of drink order if she could bring my drink after my guest had already got his....overall very bad, first time there and totally let down as much as I am in the casino, I should have stayed with the favored dirty franks...so much better there!!!

We go to the casino regularly and even though we are offered “free” meal credit here frankly we choose other options especially the part year or so. But heard they had a new chef/management so we went with another couple. Really improved. Steak special good. Sea bass was also good. Salads and drinks good as well. I’m sure the other servers are good but ask for Hassan if you go. He is extremely professional and would fit in well at any fine dining establishment.

Waiter Eric was great. I was surprised they didn’t have a cocktail menu, but the Long Island my husband had was good. They did have an extensive wine list. Had a great time and food was perfect. Couldn’t tell we were in a casino. Ambiance and noise level was amazing. We will be back.

We had a wonderful dinner Friday night at the Final Cut. Hubby’s steak was perfectly cooked and my bacon wrapped scallops did not disappoint! Lindsey our waitress is second to none. She attended to our every need. So, efficient and personable, she should be cloned!

The Final Cut was absolute wonderful experience, from the appetizer to the main entrees. The food was unique and delicious. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. My wife and I would highly recommend this restaurant !!!!

The food was just ok. Steaks were not cooked to order. Medium cooked to medium well or medium rare. Food was a bit salty and meatloaf was dry. The drinks were good and atmosphere was great. But not worth the price.

Delmanico steak at $58 was horribled, chewy and fatty. Scallops and calamari was not fresh. Tasted like a frozen dinner. Haven't been since 2021 and it was my husband's birthday so we wanted something special. Very disappointed in the quality of food as this used to be the best steak house in town in my opinion. Way too pricey to be mediocre, won't go back until better chefs.
