Farmington High School Reviews
Rating 3.77 out of 5 242 reviews
In the past 4 years that I've been in Farmington High School, I would say that my experience is highlighted by the theme of accommodating students for success. The faculty here at Farmington have been extremely helpful with my education and helping me to meet my educational goals, especially with offering days called “flex days” where students can catch up on any class work or secure additional support and resources needed. Their investment in our future success led to the development of the Career & Technical Education (CTE) program that allows students to explore various future career paths ranging from Computer Science to Medical Science. Conversely, some improvements that would elevate the experience would include better food temperature, quality and menu/dietary options. Comprehensively, the positives and opportunities that shaped my experience will allow me to forge ahead while continuing to solidify my passions, interests, hopes and dreams for a remarkable future.
Farmington High School gave me just about everything I needed to graduate, but could've also prepared me more for college. There was a lack of preparation for college readiness and wish there could've been more teachers or educators involved in our plans and goals going forward.
Farmington High School is a relatively large school of students in a small building. Safety there is guaranteed with our school officers and monitors. I have had many struggles throughout my high school experience, yet I am graduating with a 3.4 GPA due to the resources and help I have obtained from my school.
