But turning to the UN reports is always helpful when talking about it. Out of 183 sniper kills investigated by the UN, 171 were shot in the head or torso. 8000 wounded by live ammunition, 122 required amputation, including 20 kids. Meanwhile 0 deaths and 0 injuries reported on the other side.
