Property managed a Single Family home in Sun city summerlin, Las vegas, NV.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityFamily Property Management is the best property management we've ever had, and we've hired several in California, Colorado and Nevada. We started with another company in Las Vegas and didn't like our experience. We found FPM, and they've been great. They are responsive, thorough and we like their level of involvement. Eric Roth responds immediately to questions and issues, and he has great subcontractor support to do repairs. His rental tenant agreement was the most thorough we've seen. Nothing is left to chance. He finds potential tenants, thoroughly screens them and lets you make the selection, but he's there with his recommendation. We don't live in the Las Vegas area, and Eric has gone above and beyond working with us and our tenant to everyone's satisfaction. All of this and he is the most reasonably priced and professional property manager we've ever had. Thanks to Family Property Management for giving us confidence our property is well cared for. - Will never recommend1.01.0

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in NV 89130ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityI sent numerous emails to Eric's "assistant" Mikhail regarding pricing on a rental property. I never received a response with answers to any of my questions. I let Eric know that my questions were going unanswered. He said he would make sure Mikhail responded, but he did nothing. NV 89107.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityI have enjoyed my interactions with Eric, he was tolerant of my many requests and questions, and recommended a wonderful friendly agent who was professional and helpful. I am hoping to get one of his properties, but if it doesn't work out, he still seems like a genuine and professional man.
