Bought a fully functional professional VCR. It was packed very well, but UPS clearly didn't adhere to the "fragile" wording all over it, and it arrived non-functional in a damaged box. Seller was awesome in helping to diagnose/fix the issue. I couldn't get it operational, and I had to return it. Seller was very understanding and promptly gave a refund.
