New Elgar-inspired mural unveiled in Worcester
Discover the formerly graffiti covered wall that's had a musical makeover! “The music is in the air, take as much as you want” is a quote from Worcester's most famous son, and has been used to inspire the design from local artist Rob Draper.
He told our reporter Sophie Millward how the new mural, created with the help of students at the University of Worcester, pays tribute to Lower Broadheath's Sir Edward Elgar.
The mural is free to view, located on the wall between the new Elizabeth Garrett Anderson building and the Green Self Storage building, on the walkway between Hylton Road and Hardwicke Close.
