This blog is based on “The Social Network” Movie.

The only close friend of Mark Zuckerberg before Facebook was Eduardo.

“Friends do not rat their Friends”

Eduardo had sued Mark for diluting his shares in Facebook. So Mark’s lawyers were looking for arguments against Eduardo which supports the fact that his actions jeopardized the company. They found out that Eduardo was accused of animal cruelty. But, when Mark was approached by his lawyers for the same point, he said a big No. Even when his lawyers raised the same point during the deposition, Mark tried to stop them.

“Friends do not give up on each other”

When Sean Parker tried to deride Eduardo by implying that he was wasting time in New York seeking advertiser interest instead of working with Mark, Mark said “He has got an Internship there”.

“Friends stand for Friends”

Sean Parker hurt Eduardo when he refused to sign the updated shares agreement. He said that he will get them signed. He asked security people to show Eduardo out. He tried to give back the $19,000, Eduardo had invested on Facebook. So, Eduardo left the place angrily.

Few minutes later, Mark said to Sean, that he need not be that rough on him.

Eduardo’s work in generating ad interest for Facebook was complete useless. Sean was guiding Mark and Facebook and he tried to defend himself.Even then, Mark was strong on his opinion.
