Visited Marrakech and stayed at Eden Aquapark at the end of Jan for 5 nights.
Hotel has a great medium sized waterpark suitable for all ages so plenty of fun.
All inclusive gets you decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plenty of drinks including non alcoholic mocktails (suitable for for people like me).
2 pools (1 medium size heated and 1 big normal) so plenty hours of fun)
There is plenty of things to do such as ping pong, darts, yoga etc which the friendly staff will keep you entertained with and there is a big projected screen showing football games etc. Music playing constantly (not too loud to disturb you which is good).

Just back from a lovely week in the sun. The hotel really was lovely, so well maintained, and extremely clean. Plenty of space round the various pools, lively around the main pool with animation activities, quieter (surprisingly) in the aqua park, which has many parts to it.
Food pretty decent for an all inclusive
But the best thing to mention is the staff. Unbelievably friendly, so good to the kids, go out of their way to help you. Really cannot praise them enough.
We normally holiday in villas in Portugal so an an inclusive in an aqua park would not normally be my idea of a fabulous holiday but I literally cannot fault it. We had amazing weather too, 37 degrees in April 🥵

Fantastic fantastic! (Unlike the hotel itself)
The staff are absolutely brilliant - so friendly, lively and helpful!
Vickery (the manager) was fab!
Kalib (the entertainment manager) was fab! Plus all the other staff!
I did actually hurt my foot on a slide but they were all so attentive and caring - every day I went they asked how my foot was etc. I also lost an earring in the space bowl so they went to the effort of spending 30-40mins looking and actually found it in the water!

One of the reasons we went to Morrocco was this water park due to the fact that they permit the burkini (islamic swimwear) On the Q&A it states it is permissable, however when we phoned to ask about something and double checked they said it is only allowed in the pool, not the aqua park. The children were very disappointed and it put a dampener on our holiday.
I emailed them two weeks ago and have yet to receive a reply. Please Eden Aquapark make this distinction clear both on your website and Tripadvisor to avoid other disappointed customers.

Thank you for your sharing your comment.
We believe there was a miscommunication, because all types of swimwear respecting the rules of hygiene and safety are accepted.
As my colleagues explain to you, burkinies are authorized. They tried to draw your attention to the fact that it must be made a wetsuit of elastane (speedo, Decathlon, ...) to have access to all the attractions. Otherwise, you only can access attractions with buoy.

Arrival
It took 2 hours for a family of 4 to check in as had to fill out forms after forms.
Rooms
Rooms are old fashioned.
Not enough lighting in the rooms.
Bathroom shower really dirty and didn’t work.
Not enough towels put out each day.
Towel really dirty on many occasions.
Poolside
Firstly no towel card system in place so you had to pay a deposit on each towel.
Towels were really dirty with food marks, blood marks and really smelly!
No cup collection system until end of the day.
Sun beds really dirty with bird poo on them and don’t get washed down like other hotels.
Only 1 outdoor bar and none of them speak English
so really hard to communicate.
Entertainment
Pool side music not loud and kept cutting off.
All activities around the pool rubbish!
Evening entertainment is far too late for people with little children starting time was 9.30pm.
Entertainment was boring and rubbish every night.
Food
Really bad service for each meal.
Nothing is self service so had people queuing up
like little school children.
Non-Veg stuff mixed with Veg stuff.
Not much verity in food choice for vegetarians.
No English tea option thought out the day only breakfast time.
No tea/coffee service at tables.
Coffee machines didn’t work most of the times.
Food was picked up from the work top that was dropped and put back in the mix with the food after it
was touch by other dirty hand.
Tables always really dirty and no cutlery on them.
Nothing clearly labelled.
Only got drinks when asked for even then you had to wait 30 minutes for 1 drink.
Hotel also had a stupid rule of only 2 drinks per person.
No fridges around the hotel with water had to ask at the bar for water and you get 1 cup.
Ice-creams were only 1 per person and only served at lunch times.
Staff
I couldn’t believe how rude some of the staff were!
Most didn’t speak English so was really hard to
communicate with them.
Found that the staff only served their own people rather then outsiders.
Really poor service with drinks at the table waited 2 hours just for wine.
Had a bottle snacted from our hands as we had, had
enough of waiting around. We helped ourselves and got told off like little kids.
Management were so damm rude and didn’t want to
know you or speak to you if your not their own people.
I’m shocked that a hotel manager cannot speak
English.
No smile from any staff there.
Reception staff were so rude too!
Also be aware that not everything is inclusive.
This has been our worst holiday ever! We have
travelled to so many places around the world and never ever had experienced such bad customer service.
I’ll be going back to the UK advising everyone over social media and generally to everyone not to make the same mistake as us and come to this Hotel ever!!!
It has been a waste of our money!!!!!

I'm not into giving bad reviews but I just have to on this occasion. Family holiday ruined. 3 star at the very best.
Rooms are tired and not as advertised. Broken hair dryer and broken phone. Dirty. Broken tiles. No shower curtain so the bathroom gets flooded. Poor Internet. No towels in the room on many days. Spring broken in bed. Terrible food. No table service. Fez restaurant chargeable and not all inclusive as advertised. They changed this the day after we arrived. No all inclusive drinks at the aqua park. Chargeable. Terrible broken sun beds. Dark hall ways with tatty carpet. Health hazard. Buffet restaurant is awful. Full of birds. Waiting time for eggs or anything fresh cooked is 20 minutes. Limited choice and bad quality. Some of the food was not fit to eat by a dog. Bugs. Biten lots. Illness throughout our stay. On site nurse was kept busy. Lack of hot water. Cold swimming pool. Gym chargeable by the day. No lunch provided after Check out. Towels chargeable. And stolen from the aqua park.
We spent the week complaining and nothing was achieved. Management style was arragant. They don't care about customers and argued with US ABOUT everything. Their response to all the complaints was that its a cheap hotel and there's a difference in 5 star hotels in the area. Not that cheap actually. Guest services manager Mohammed Lahlou was the rudest man I've ever spoke to. No empathy and no thoughts of compensation or changing our room. I asked to get a free restaurant meal as a good will gesture and was told no. Under no circumstances did he want to listen or help.
Positives. One lady bar staff was friendly. Free aqua park which was OK for an hour. Free bus into town.
Do not stay here. Pay a little extra and have a nice experience.

If you don't want lose your money and time and have a terrible vacations, never chose this hotel. Horrible staff,horrible food, nothing good and they still think they are the best....arrogant and so unprofessional. Since the reservation, check in ,stay.....NOTHING good!

Standing at the aquapark right now and being accused of stealing a towel when we asked for 2 towels and they only gave us one!! Now expenting us to pay for a towel that they didnt even give us! And if they did then one of their own guests have taken it!! Beware if you are thinking of visiting for the day they have a scam set up to make money off you and spoil your visit!!! Im still waiting for the manager that i asked to speak to 15 mins later while the guy that took our money potters around his mates at the cafe shop!!

We only booked and put up with abuse from the awful attached hotel because we wanted a heated waterpark,
it's Feb and the locals arewalking around in winter coats only to be told no, it's too warm. Water was actually FREEZING. So disappointed 😔

Really disappointed with this hotel! I came to morocco in May with friends and stayed in a 4* hotel and it was amazing!! I wanted to return with my 3 sons so searched for prices the day I got back! I found, what I thought, a better hotel with a Waterpark and 5* at a great price so booked it straight away!
Big mistake!!
There is absolutely NO entertainment at all in this hotel. The staff are miserable and don't really speak English although all guests are English!
A child had a poo in the pool yesterday and staff were informed but took at least 30 mins to clear it, then my son was sick pool side and again no one was interested in cleaning it. Later my son was sick in my room so I called house keeping and it took them 3.5 hours to come and clean.
I asked reception what there is for the kids to do as weather was bad and they were turning blue from the water and I was told to go on a trip. I explained I am a mother with 3 children so I don't want to leave hotel, he said in that case there is nothing to do!!
The other hotel I stayed in was called Rui Tikida Palmarie and I cannot praise it enough! The entertainment team have to be the best ever!! They were all absolutely amazing and could not do enough for all the guests they worked so hard and we're all so skilled!! I know for a fact my 3 sons would of had such a better time at the other hotel without the Waterpark just with the pool and entertainment. Every hour there was something going on, it was so much fun, they spoke such good English. They put on so many different shows and are all exceptionally talented!! I would return there year after year without a doubt!!
I still have another 5 days at this hotel and if I had the choice I would leave today and go home 😫

Oui il l'entrée au parc pour le publique n'est pas le même. Les prix sont fixe donc pas d'arnaque et affichés à l'entrée.
