An unbelievable hotel in the most beautiful location. The room was perfect with a stunning, spacious terrace (with outdoor shower and sunbeds), the breakfast was out of this world (omelettes, bruschetta, fruit, pancakes, fresh pastries, spreads), the employees were wonderful and the beach club attached to the hotel is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea and scenery. Couldn’t recommend Giardino Eden more.

We came in September for my boyfriends 30th and had the most incredible few days. All of the staff were amazingly helpful - from helping organise boat trips around the island to suggesting places to eat (Ristorante Pizzeria Ill Giardino had the best pizzas and you can walk there). I can't imagine a more picturesque spot to wake up in every morning - the restaurant with views of the castle were so beautiful (we ate breakfast here each morning and also had lunch once which was delicious). We also stayed in the Junior Suite with Terrace which had a wonderful outdoor shower with views over the sea, it was very special. We were the final few days before the Hotel shut up for the winter but the weather was still perfect and the island felt a little less busy than it could be in the height of summer.

Francesca was also fantastic at helping send my boyfriends phone back to the UK - just proof they all went the extra mile!

Could not recommend this place more!

This is one of my favorite hotels ever. I didn't know much about Ischia before booking this trip, and I stumbled upon Giardino Eden while searching for available places with a reasonable price. I must say all my expectations were toped. This place is incredible, the private beach is amazing, the beach club is great with an amazing staff.
My favorite part was the breakfast. The view of the restaurant is breathtaking and it made the experience of eating breakfast 100% times better. The breakfast food was also incredible, so many yummy options. My tip is to order one savory and one sweet breakfast to get the best of both worlds.
The room was great, comfortable, clean and had the best view of the Castello Aragonese d'Ischia. You can see the sunrise from your balcony if you wake up early enough.
Last but not least, the staff of this hotel is amazing. Everyone went the extra mile to help me and my husband with our plans and adventures to explore both Ischia and surrounding islands (like Capri and Anacapri). They had the patience to talk to me while I was practicing my Italian and also had the initiative to search for options of nice restaurants for us.
I will recommend this place to all my friends and I'll try to come back in a near future.

We waited 45 minutes on our boat for the tender of the restaurant to come and pick us up (private tenders are not allowed to take guests to shore). Tender never showed up we left for another place. Pretty bad service and much disappointing. Make sure before you go there.

I have reviewed some 40 hotels, this was the best for vacation. Location, view, rooms, shinny new. Family of 5 and all loved it. No beach, but deck chairs and water area, perfect. Last year we just came for beach club and dinner.
Staff fantastic, from how they welcome you, Francesco does that great. Breakfast, Reda served exactly what we wanted, with a constant smile. From Mario who takes your dinner order, making sure it’s perfect (pricey yes) but it’s a choice. Cleaning staff keep it sparkling. I have no clue why it’s 3 stars?
So relaxed and laid back.

We didn't stay at the hotel, we just ate lunch - but next visit to Italy I'd stay here in a heartbeat. The place was amazing. Food was incredible. Pool was gorgeous. Swimming right off the dock. It feels like a unique hideaway, full of locals as opposed to tourists. Sea urchin pasta was absolutely amazing. Super family friendly and relaxed.

I am actually surprised this came up as a B & B in that it has all the luxurious qualities of a hotel. There are several stairs that are needed to get to the reception but its well worth it once you get there. You are greeted by several pools, the waterfront, and at night a beautifully lit restaurant. Having spent nights in other places in Ischia, I wish I had stayed here and never left.
The rooms are elegant and clean. The view from our room was just amazing and we (my girlfriend) were treated with front row seats to an amazing fireworks show. There is a cocktail bar by the pool/reception area that makes great drinks as well as the WIFI is free and strong.
I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place in Ischia who wants to relax and spend time swimming in the pools and sea.

Giardino Eden is a wonderful and unusual combination of a hotel, restaurant, and beach club. The hotel is tiny (8 rooms), perfectly nice but very basic. The seafood restaurant is extraordinarily good, with a fabulous (and expensive) wine list, capable staff, and lovely outdoor dining experience. The beach club offers great access to the water (including five seawater pools of varying temperatures), good shower and changing facilities, fabulous view of the Castle of Aragon, and a water taxi to the nearby town (Ischia Ponte). The hotel staff was very helpful in setting up dining and activities. A wonderful place for a romantic visit.

Yesterday I spend my evening at Giardino Eden. The location is lovely and leaves you breathless, but unfortunately the service and the food wasn't good as expected.

We paid 419€ for 6 antipasti, 5 pasta dishes m, 1 secondi with salad and 2 dessert (+130 € extra for wine).

"Cozze alla griglia" were very good and worth the price. antipasti Eden was good, but not worth the price... honestly considering the quantity, the row material and the preparation should have cost half of the price.

The pasta dishes - all the same and suggested by the chef - were an eatable. Full of broken sea fruit shells that almost break out theets. We informed the waiter about it and his only reaction was "mutism"...he did not say a word, not even sorry. This is unacceptable for a dish paid 30€ each.

We left our pasta and expected to receive the excuse from the waiter/owner/chef , but it did not happen.

I don't suggest going, restaurant that don't take care of their costumers do not deserve a visit.

Versione breve in italiano:
Posto incantevole, cozze alle griglie straordinarie, altri antipasti e dessert nella media e decisamente troppo cari.

La pasta non era commestibile, piena di gusci di tellina rotti, quando è stato fatto presente al camiere lo stesso non si è ne scusato ne offerto di rifare il patto. I piatti sono stati conteggiati nel conto come niente fosse successo.

Evitate ti portare i vostri soldi a gente con non apprezza i clienti (soprattutto dopo che chiarimente hanno esposto le cose dal vivo).

Great food, staff, simple but clean rooms and beautifully orchestrated music all day long. This place is dreamy. I recommend wearing your floppiest sun hat, flowiest sun cover, and ordering a bottle of prosecco islandside to feel your most glamorous self.
