Sunny, quiet separate studio

You will be staying in a cosy studio separate from the main house, one bedroom with queen sized bed and large ensuite. Situated at the rear of my house, the studio has its own private access and views to my garden. Beside the cabin is the patio area with outdoor seating, for guests to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. We have fast and reliable wifi. Located 25 mins from the airport and 10 from the CBD Must love animals! We have a Persian cat, a golden retriever and a whippet

Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.
