I made reservations for 2 for weekday brunch. The restaurant was empty it took nearly 10mins to be greeted and seated. The wait for our food was extremely long. We ordered the chicken and waffles and it looked nothing close to the food images on the website. The food it came out lukewarm and didn't seem fresh like it had been re-warmed in the microwave for too long. Hopefully the service and food is better on the weekend during busy times but I'm not willing to try again.

The service was terrible. We had a reservation for brunch it was 10 minutes before we got seated and a server came by our table. 45 minutes after we placed our order our server had never returned to our table, and we had not got our drinks, much less our food. My sister went to the bar to ask about our drinks, and the bartender was unconcerned. I spoke to the manager who was nice, but also had no sense of urgency. I found our server and asked if she could let us know when our food would be ready. She was unresponsive and unapologetic. After being at the restaurant for nearly an hour without our waitress coming to our table and without receiving our food, we spoke to two servers who were understanding and told them we were leaving. At least 5 other tables left while we were there.

Food was great. Our waiter was terrific but he had minimal help from the bar. Our Bloody Mary’s took forever. Think they were just short handed that day hence the service rating but not the waiters fault.

Great ambience but it took 45 minutes just to get our drinks and appetizers. Food was really good but service was slow.

Service is slow & wait staff is not trained even in the most basic way. We ate here 3 days ago but wanted to give it another try because of the location being close to our condo.

Bar tender was amazing. He made the best drinks. Food was amazing. Once this restaurant catches on it will be packed.
