JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Former News Channel 11 anchor Tim Cable oversaw one of the region’s most popular series: Cable Country.
In September 1995, Cable observed sculptor John-Mark Estep, who fell in love with freestyle sculpting while at East Tennessee State University.
Estep said he starts with no preconceived idea of what he’ll create with metal, wood or wax.
