Large, clean and comfortable room and toilet. Toiletries, towels and room amenities are refreshed daily. They even retail their shampoo, bath gel and lotion at the lobby product display area! Service was excellent and has very good spread of buffet breakfast and big dining area. Strongly recommended for family. Also conveniently connected to large malls.

I have always wanted to check the Place in Tainan and I was not disappointed that got an upgraded to a spacious four pax room on the 9th floor. Love the high ceiling, two sinks, shower and toilet in its own room plus the bonus with shopping mall just next to it! Breakfast spread was good. Service for check in was very welcoming! Overall very happy with the stay!

Very well kept and a modern hotel. Highly recommended as it was generally clean and is accessible to a modern mall with Zara home, which was just next door. When we checked in, we saw a cup of bubble tea left behind in the fridge and told housekeeping. They were apologetic and gave us a complimentary bath and shower set.

Pluses: 1. Very good location in the East of Tainan. Inside very big and famous shopping mall with a lot of shops, restaurants . 2. Very good service - from reception to restaurant. 3. Cosy modern and comfortable rooms. Well equipped. 4. Ok breakfast. Not best but ok. Mostly local food. 5. Ok small gym 24 hours. Minuses: - No much sound isolation - can hear everything what is going on in hallway. Very strange didn't think about it.... IN general recommend. Good hotel for any type of visit.

Located inside a mall with nice rooms and good breakfast. 15min from the center of the Tainan city with the best eateries in the country! If the mall is busy and you need a parking spot, the hotel staff will gladly help you with the parking service

What a terrific hotel in Tainan. We stayed in a cheers room which was very comfortable. No view, but the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was well done and had lots of choice. Shopping mall attached to hotel is very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops, as well as a family mart on the bottom floor. Also has a lovely little gift shop in the lobby. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very new designers hotel. A great variety of toiletries, wide selection of TV programs, thorough cleanliness, Generous room size. They even have a laundry room free to use! Absolutely impressed. The only thing to improve is the flavor of breakfast, even though the variety is enough.

We were staying in a double room at the 9 th Floor for 3 nights, The room size not too big but with a great view outside . one side of the bed is too close to the wall that can not be access from that side. The hotel is part of the shopping mall that has a interconnecting doors open during mall hours. The buffet breakfast in the 5th floor restaurant were excellent with lot of choices. The gym and laundry rooms in the 6th floor are convenient to use. Staffs at the front desk are very informative and courteous to help .There are local art works on display on the elevator lobby in Floor 7,8,9.

I was there for over two weeks and must say it was a pleasant stay. A big compliment goes for the the welcome desk outside, the reception as also housekeeping. Always with a smile and a happy "hello" when leaving or returning. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable as also functional. The brekfast buffet has everything you need and more... A tiny minus I have to give for the bar. Depending on day / situation the service staff doesen't seem to be interested that the customers feel very welcome. The cocktails are made professionally though. Anyway I would choose "THE PLACE" again.

Very nice and fresh hotel. Design is a matter of taste and hard to argue around. Some will find it beautiful and others a bit to minimalistic. Clean, fresh with excellent beds and bathroom. Tecnically advanced. Lovely breakfast and friendly staf. We stayed for one night only.
