brendan n Amazing film and one of the better documentaries coming out with a sense of fun and wonder. Robert Redford might not have been the correct choice for the narrator but even he can't shadow this wonderful film. The film is family friendly and for those looking for depth, like the Attenborough documentaries will be letdown. The film is beautiful to look at and is a visual splendour from beginning to end. 27/09/2018. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Showing how animal families are driven by the rhythms of night and day, this sometimes awe-inspiring doc is visually stunning. - Total Film Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member This is a visually stunning portrait of our world going through one 24-hour cycle. Beautiful. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member There are a few absolutely amazing scenes in this film. Some of them are very funny too. You will know what i mean when you get to these parts. If you like nature documentaries, this is not a waste of time. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Honestly lost interest after 20 minutes. Would have been okay if the footage transitions felt smoother and if the overall footage was more interesting. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member I enjoyed it. Very impressed with the footage they were able to capture as well as how they wove it together. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Donald Clarke Irish Times If there is a human sour enough not to enjoy the sloth swimming leisurely to meet his mate, then he or she deserves to be pickled alive. Rated: 3/5 Oct 23, 2017 Full Review Kevin Maher Times (UK) This gorgeous nature documentary megamix, with sequences liberally culled from last year's BBC Planet Earth II series, rightfully earns its place on the big screen. Rated: 3/5 Oct 20, 2017 Full Review Leslie Felperin Guardian This perfectly serviceable and somewhat conventional documentary tracks the daily struggle to survive for an assortment of wild animals. Rated: 3/5 Oct 19, 2017 Full Review S. Indra Sathiabalan The Sun Daily (Malaysia) It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it is worth a watch. Mar 9, 2019 Full Review Rich Cline Shadows on the Wall Projected onto a big screen in all of its digital glory, this footage is spectacular. And yet the movie as a whole feels like a missed opportunity to explore how humans also fit in with this cycle of day and night. Rated: 3/5 Apr 27, 2018 Full Review James Croot Stuff.co.nz As expected from the [BBC's] wildlife team the photography is top-notch with clever use of framing and film speeds capturing some amazing imagery...
