    Our server Paige, was very friendly and professional. Paige recommended that I try the Santa Fe chicken salad. It was a good sized portion and very delicious. I would definitely go back to Earl’s again and I will recommend to everyone! Excellent service, fabulous ambience, and incredible service!

    I did not enjoy my experience at this location at all. They should take note in cleaning the water decanters. She brought it out and the water wasn’t clear, the decanters were filthy. I instead asked to pay for a bottle of still water, which she brought, but didn’t not bring new glasses. The service was incredibly slow. Due to our waitress. Who was also very unpleasant. She didn’t pay any attention to the fact that we were short of place settings, got our order wrong also.

    I enjoy and dine at Earls fairly often. Great atmosphere, vibe, but a big part of the reason why I opt to dine there because I suffer from a gluten allergy, and a couple of their locations (financial district, and Yorkdale) typically have designated fryers - which means I get to enjoy a lot of items I don’t normally have the luxury of indulging in. That said, I would give a much higher rating on the food experience if Earls was consistent with this experience at all of their locations (especially new ones popping up that I can’t make sense of why something like that would not be factored in when opening new restaurants). I also gave a three star rating on the food experience because we opted to have lunch at Earls yesterday, but I was extremely disappointed when we arrived only to find out that on that particular day there was no designated fryer and the brunch items I hoped to enjoy were no longer an option. I was extremely disappointed, but opted for something else that was not bad, but not what I was hoping for. I live in Whitby and travelled along way to dine there, so it is definitely disappointing and discouraging going forward to not know whether or not it will be a designated fryer day or not. This means I may opt for another restaurant since since the inconsistency is there. Thankfully our server ( Katherin I think) was excellent and made up for it with our dining experience. I think it is important feedback for such restaurants as I do dine out very frequently for both business and personal and because I suffer from a gluten allergy I do need to pick restaurants that are good with this consideration. I will say I was extremely shocked that when Earls opened their Sherway Location, that they opted to have a designated fryer for veg options versus a designated fryer for gluten free, as some of their other locations have. I can’t make sense going through such lengths to accommodate a veg diet, which is more of a choice versus allergy/dietary needs.

    Everything was fantastic - service, food, perfect table for two. If I have to find something to complain about it is that it is really loud and difficult for the two of us to carry on a conversation.

    Love the dinner and lunch menu but the brunch is not good at all, avocados are not fresh and the quality is not good, recommend for dinner for sure but not for brunch

    Overall excellent but both my husbands and my scotch glasses were dirty. We received clean ones and then the 3rd scotch glass was dirty again. I didn’t bother mentioning it but the compt it. Either way, drinking glasses should be inspected before placed on the table.

    We went to Earl’s during Happy Hour. Ordered steak frites from the Happy Hour menu, or so we thought. The server asked if we wanted 3oz or 6 oz. We said 6 oz. When the bill came we were charged the full price. When I questioned why, the server replied that they had asked us which size and we had said 6oz which is not in the Happy Hour menu. I was upset that that wasn’t clarified.
