The resort was much more then I expected. Room was very large with sofa. All amenity’s you would like are in the room even bath robes. Several places to eat in the hotel open late. They even have a casino if you like to gamble. My stay was short and I did not get a chance to enjoy all the property has to offer . Give yourself and extra day to just enjoy the property . Wonderful place I will be back !

We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to the falls. As the name says, it is a resort with lush green grounds and 3 interconnected pools. We stayed in their executive suite which was really large with a nice big restroom. The rooms are a little bit dated but still very clean and comfortable. Since we flew into/out of IGU (Brazilian side), we requested airport transfer which was $40 one way. We ate both dinners at the hotel, once at El Jardin and the other time at the lobby bar (with outside seating). The vegetarian pizza at the lobby bar was excellent and Luis our server was very funny and friendly. The vegetarian gnocchi at El Jardin was decent. We asked our hotel to arrange a round trip cab to the Brazilian side of falls which costed us $32 roundtrip and to the Argentinian side of falls for $16 one way. The hotel is centrally located between the 2 sides of the falls and the Brazilian airport. Definitely a happy customer!

The hotel is VERY close to the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls. Beautiful pools, stunning lobby, a delicious welcome drink upon arrival, concierge, English-speaking staff available, marble floors everywhere, huge rooms that can connect, travel booking office, free breakfast buffet. There are some tell-tale signs of dated carpet and minor repairs needed, but especially when booked as a package flight through AMEX, it was a bargin! The money we saved not staying in the parks allowed us to afford a private guide and AC car who whizzed us through the park entrance. The hotel is also connected to a Casino. The only real flaws were no channels on cable available other than Spanish. Another minor glitch was the electric dor keys that kept not working. The minibar was great, small refrigerator, huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub (watch the slippery floors), and spa services . But, who needs to stay in a room with pools, casinos, and the Falls at your door. We would stay again if we visited. PS IGR Airport is new, fresh, easy, and clean.

We spent three nights and four days at this hotel. Staff is friendly. They arrange for taxi services. They do have currency exchange although most of the time was not available and are not functional. Their pools are amazing. Restaurants are great staff is awesome and food is delicious. They have a spa facility which is also very good and if you do check out early in the day but if your flight is not till later in the day they do provide you not just back keeping but also facility in the spa to take shower. The only main concern and complain we had was the rooms were not soundproof and if your neighbors are very noisy they will disturb you.

After the bustle in Rio and poor weather, it was like the holiday started properly when we arrived here. Just be aware that the hotel is just situated over the border on the Argentina side (literally 20 seconds over the border) so if you arrive in the Brazilian airport terminal, it is a about a 40 min taxi ride (crossing over the 2 borders-leaving Brazil/entering Argentina) to the hotel. There is also an Argentinian Iguazo airport terminal so make sure you know which one you are flying in to!
First impressions are good with a nice large lobby and a relaxing quiet vibe everywhere. The staff on the whole did not speak much English, which did not bother me as they were so friendly and super helpful anyway. Hotel gardens green but not that massive.Nice pool.
We had a junior suite which was lovely and big with a very nice sized bathroom with excellent shower. Bed was huge and comfortable.A/C good. Only the 1 bottle of complimentary water on the first day. Yes the room was a little dated overall but quiet and very comfortable.Tried the Lobby restaurant for snack meals and Le Jardin for a more expensive but excellent evening meal. This place is a casino also but this is away from the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel. Well located for both the Argentinian side of the falls and the Brazilian side (back across the border)-15-20 min drive for both.
Lifts to the upper floors.(only 3 or 4 floors I think) were quite slow and hesitant in operation.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing when we were there. Not a huge spread.
Special mention to Fabio on the Front desk who was super helpful in confirming our 1 day tour (via a Rio, Brazil based company) and time of departure via some phone calls. And Valeria in the bar area who was super lovely and put up with my poor Spanish.

Great value. Restaurants and pool onsite so when the heat gets to you it can hid away at this great resort. And when you are ready to escape within walking distance of Puerto Iguazu, and a short drive to the falls!

It’s a beautiful hotel . Food had very little choice for Asian tourists.
We found no availability of tea/ coffee makers in the room very absurd. One doesn’t always feel like running 3 floors down to a coffee shop to have a cup in the morning ! We were charged for a kettle of hot water :(

Wow, this place was spectacular. I can't imagine staying anyplace else. It is a resort in every sense of the word, with spacious and luxurious rooms, a fantastic swimming pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and top-notch service. As a bonus, it has a casino and a dinner theater. We saw the tango show on our night there and it was really well done. My only regret is that we were really only there to see the waterfalls and didn't have a chance to enjoy all the amenities they had to offer. I do want to offer special commendation to the staff, who were so welcoming and helpful. They arranged for all our taxis and gave us a very late checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our day trip to the Falls and change clothes afterwards.

Nos hospedamos con amigos en el hotel. Las piletas no funcionan, hay grupos de Brazileros haciendo despedidas de soltero. Un desastre la atención de recepcion. Muy malo.
We stayed at this hotel with friends, worse experience EVER, the swimming pool wasn’t working the hotel management and front desk ignored our request. And bonus track the rent the hotel for Bachiller parties from Brazil. A total mess

Nice rooms but a bit small for a suite. Nice bathroom, nice toiletries. Nice facilities. The fancy restaurant is very nice and the restaurant has an excellent service. The others are ok. Staff is nice for the most part. Pisco sours made with chilean pisco were terrible but bartender exchange it for a different drink. Staff is not very fluent in English so it can be a bit challenging if one doesn't speak Spanish.
The tango Madero show was supreme. Best Tango show ever! Excellent!
I was locked on one of the bathrooms and had to drag myself from under. It was not a good and fun experience but following day they gave us free tickets which was the least they could have done. The show was terrific again and we felt they cared about their guess.
We would stay again there if we come back.

Its easy either way . Just renember to have your passport ready as you need to all physically exit the vehicle and walk over to customs. Check your entry staff is correct and you are done. This has to ve done both ways , each time you cross. Sk keep passport with you. Enjoy your trip
