Please help Dr. Ken Nekic fight cancer

We are sad to share this, but recently "Dr. Ken" Nekic was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma (malignant cancer) in the distal colon. It is an advanced and challenging cancer that has also already impacted his liver and lymph nodes.

We asking you for any donation you would be willing to give on behalf of Ken's medical treatment to fight this. We intend to battle this using all possible medical options. Given Ken's past extensive charity work with animals and support to others have drained personal finances. As a result of this sudden notification of cancer, we realize that he needs financial help from our community and hopefully some of the many he has made a positive difference with in the past.

Having had an independent veterinarian practice, any of your financial donations will greatly aid in the support of his initial treatment costs and basic living support as he strategically and aggressively works to improve his health condition. While it is very humbling to ask this of you, any help will advance his fight with cancer.

The goal is to acquire $70,000 initially to apply to intensive medical care and assist in living expenses during treatment. In hopes of being here with you all and to see his son graduate from high school and even someday… college.
