For the crowds the arena was clean and held at a good temperature. We arrived an hour early and were able to find our seats quickly. The line for the main merchandise store was extremely long.

This building is an architectural monument. Spending time by observing the curves of the exterior walls is something not to miss in Los Angeles. Superb acoustic design of the interior is worth mentioning. I love it. Visit the shop and see the high quality miscellaneous objects to buy.

The Broad’s permanent exhibit was well worth the time and effort! I was particularly impressed by the works by Koons, Basquiat, Warhol and Lichtenstein. Regrettably we weren’t able to visit Kusama’s Mirror Infinity Rooms so we’ll definitely return.

Parking was easy in the garage beneath. The building itself’s amazing. The escalator up reminded me of Gaudi’s Casa Batlo. We discovered the adjacent Metro stop (Red Line). Next trip we’ll plan better and explore more!

Nice place to take a stroll and take some photos. Lots of food choices. Difficult to make a decision. Good place to purchase Japanese products. Worth checking out

My daughter wanted to go and I was lukewarm on the idea but it was great, Good value for money and the exhibits were really interesting. We wandered around for number of hours looking at and watching the exhibits. Additionally there are a number of fun interactive things you can do (Hip Hop are and the Shakira exhibit). I also really enjoyed the Michael Jackson "Thriller" video focus. Some cool outfits from Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Eminem etc. Would recommend as a cheap, fun thing to do.

Anyone interested in our shared humanity should visit this museum. We visited on a Thursday at 5pm, when entry is free…and wow we were bowled over by the history of Americans of Japanese descent. The story of internment was so powerful and the temporary exhibition‘Aki’s Market’ just brilliant. We visited and left with an understanding of the trans generational trauma of incarceration and displacement. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PLACE. Thank you to all the staff who were so welcoming and informative…visit, it is great…we are supper in Little Tokyo afterwards!

Los Angeles Public Library is one of the historical buildings in the Los Angeles, it has many kinds of books in the library. It also has a lot of audio DVD in it, too. The staffs and readers in the library are very nice and friendly. It is a good place to visit.

If you are fan of Bosch series, then this is MUST, but otherwise very short drive - they accept TAP card. At the end there is food market, but we did not try.

The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels was completed in 2002, and even though it is cavernous with a striking, postmodern design, it still feels warm and inviting. The distinctive architecture features few right angles and includes the largest use of alabaster windows in the country.

There is plenty of traditional and contemporary sacred art throughout, and if you are able to attend mass, the choir and organ are wonderful. The campus also includes a lovely plaza as well as a cafe and gift shop. There is paid parking (free during masses), but it's also nearby the Civic Center subway station.

Even though it's very different from a traditional cathedral, Our Lady of the Angels is a grand and beautiful church worth a stop for its unique art and architecture.

Nice quick stop to appreciate old architecture. Located in a bad area of LA though so be a bit more careful here, though parking is nearby so not too dangerous

Great experience to view the city for free from the roof of City Hall. A local man informed of this free sight. Staff friendly in the city hall and taking two express elevators to the Tom Bradbury room provided sights of the whole of the city. Ensure you take id and this is an amazing experience. Don’t forget to look at the rotunda on the 3rd floor as well

MOCA is a small, free museum nearby Disney Hall, the Broad, and the Colburn School. As it's name suggests, its collection is all contemporary art. Its current exhibition, "Long Story Short," features a wide variety of interesting pieces that make you think. I only wish there was a little more context for some of the works without a description. Tickets can be reserved online or obtained from the box office at street level.

What an amazing venue this is, seems like you walked back in time. We went here for a concert and was amazed by the sound quality, the aesthetics, and how friendly the staff were. The place is very beautiful and even had the old ticket booth by the front entrance, I don't know if its still in use or just for show since they have another ticket area. We sat on the mezzanine level and felt like we were on top of the performers. We had no problem seeing the stage either because we were so close to the action. The view of the theater was great from where we sat because we got to see the seats below us and the seats above us and everything else. They even had seats on the sides, I call them balcony seating with a few chairs in each spot. I felt that where we sat we had a great view of the layout of the place. If we sat on the ground level, we would the mezzanine floor over our head to look at (unless you bought tickets closer to the stage). Everything was clean inside and outside and had no problem figuring out where everything was such as the bar, snack line, souvenir stand, and restrooms. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. Also, we didn't feel rushed at any point during the security check and they were friendly to boot. As for parking, we parked on 9th and Hill st (840 S. Hill st parking), its an open area parking lot that's gated, not a parking structure. Its about a block away, if that, and a very short walk to the theater. The parking attendant was still there after the concert. From the parking lot, if you walk out towards 9th street make a left and walk along the sidewalk. You will see the Orpheum Theater when you get to the intersection. Use the crosswalk to walk across Broadway st. and you're literally there (about 2-3 minute walk from the parking lot to the theater). By the way, there are a ton of people in the area so we felt safe, even at 10:30pm after the concert, yes, including when walking back to the parking lot. Awesome venue.

Sometimes it's hard separating a convention center from the event that brought you there and the city it's located in.

The physical layout is nicely done with a North and South Tower and a bridge-way that connects them. Large and small meeting rooms are everywhere. This convention center could literally accommodate 10's of 1000's of people at a time. Both the interior and exterior are appealing to the eye. The catered food was well done.

While I liked the physical convention building, I did not like downtown LA and the dirty surround area. Crazy high LA pricing abound. You will spend $100's of dollars for a burger and beer with friends. Hotels will be $300 a night with $100's more per night for wifi, parking, etc. Your drive from the airport to this location will be filled with cement highways, brown smog, run down buildings and sketchy areas. It's not pretty at all.

Felt like another country. Felt kind of sketchy at first but that’s if you’re used to living in “posh” places or safe neighborhoods. The homeless here really look needy. I was going here specifically for linen fabric. There’s TONS of stores that hold similar fabric. Some of the linens I got seemed legit and some are probably blends that they passed as 100% linen. Michael Levine store seemed the most legit but has the most “legit” prices to match. Other stores you can bargain a bit, here not at all. Some of the linen fabric was lower than normal and some typical prices you’d find online and or Etsy. Finding parking is easy but pricy. I parked in a lot and an attendant guided me… I struggled wondering if I was getting hustled or not.. but all was well. I did visit the clothing section (Santee alley..) overwhelming as well and full of that Miami Latina and hoochie type style of that is what you’re looking for. Hard to find modest clothing (like barely anything) I was alone and felt fine as I kept it moving but I think the experience is better if you have friends (you can feel safer)

Overall feels like you’re stepping in NYC, bring your bartering skills and know what you want. Prepare for excess walking and lots of stores!
