Is it a double whammy to beat Kentucky, and then lose to them 2 days later?

We beat Kentucky...and lowered their RPI. We then lost to Kentucky (with their lower RPI as a result of our bearing them). Is this the proverbial double whammy??

From an RPI viewpoint…yes. We lost a lot of ground, not by beating them but losing to them. That’s where the double tap happened.
