Scrivner’s lawyer, H.A Sala, hosted a press conference shortly after in response to Youngblood’s statements.

“We wouldn’t be holding a conference like this if we didn’t have evidence that something like this took place,” Youngblood said.

“We have a reasonable basis to believe that these allegations are not reliable,” Sala said. “To me it’s remarkable that the sheriff would come out and make allegations without conducting a proper investigation and make allegations like that.”

This is an ongoing investigation. As for where Scrivner is now? Youngblood says that he doesn’t know.

Scrivner’s lawyer, H.A Sala, says that he’s not going to answer that question.
