Just 10 min from Marton, 40 min each way to Whanganui or Palmerston North- The Cottage is ideally situated for adventures & events all round the region.

The space
While we prefer 4 guests for your maximum comfort, we are more than happy to welcome up to 6 people, with the 6th person staying free (simply select '5 guests' when booking and let us know after booking there will be a 6th person joining you).

Our third bedroom also houses a small table, so those needing some space to work while relaxing can do so. WiFi is easy to access for your use.

We have a short menu of 'heat and eat' or 'prepped' dinners just requiring cooking that can be pre-ordered with dietary requirements catered to with ease. Details provided after booking upon request.

A full kitchen is available in The Cottage as well as a Weber BBQ and brazier for toasting marshmallows.

While we are working on limited mobility access, at this stage we cannot offer accommodation to those with limited mobility.

Guest access
The Cottage is on its own property on our farm: you'll have entire use of the house.

Other things to note
We are more than happy for non-crawling babies to stay at The Cottage and can provide a lightweight Phil'n'Ted's portacot and almost anything baby-related you may require including a Mountain Buggy farm pram and an Ergobaby frontpack: but apart from those younger babies, we advise The Cottage is not suitable for children.
